The manager at this location was shockingly rude—one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered two footlongs with extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce but received barely any. When we called to address the issue, our call was disconnected and further attempts were ignored. We went back to the store to resolve the issue, and the manager, over the phone, told us, “I don’t care about your problem, get out of my store before I call the cops.”
We’ve been loyal customers for years, but after this unacceptable treatment, we will not be returning.

Originally went to the Subway in Englewood, but was immediately uncomfortable and felt unwelcome by one of the girls working d/t her rolling her eyes and having an attitude when I walked in for a sub- so I left and came here instead. I had a WAY better experience with the nice young lady working at Hoke Rd location last night & I was sure to let her know she was doing a great job and that I appreciated her kindness and friendly customer service . I literally NEVER leave reviews , but this struck me for some reason tonight. It just reminds me that I want to show more appreciation / recognition to the workers with positive and friendly attitudes to thank them and let them know they are doing a good job.

This was found in one of my subs! Now if I didn’t chew my food I could have chocked and this is a serious hazard. Imagine if you had a kid eating this sandwich. I also wanted to shed light on some other things that disturbed me during my visit! If anyone is severely allergic to anything I WOULD BE SO RELUCTANT TO GET FOOD FROM HERE! I had a to-go order of two subs and one sub was suppose to have onions while the other was not supposed to have onions. I also said to mark the sub with the onions.nI placed my order on my phone and entered the store because I had a feeling that someone was going to mess up my order. The girl that was making my sub did not read the order receipt and was going to put onions on both of the subs and when I said what are you doing she put the onions on the sub that was not supposed to have onions and put them back in the container with onions! I worked in food a long time ago and this is cross contamination!! Also, what if I had someone severely allergic to onions in my family. THIS IS NOT OKAY! The other things was that I said in the instructions to mark the sub with onions and girl that was making my sub completely ignored it and I had to reminder her. It’s not like it was busy at the time I went so I don’t know why this woman was rushing to make my sub and making errors and not reading the ticket. I shouldn’t have to go in to check my to go order but I don’t trust these people and again if someone is allergic to certain foods I urge you to be careful with this place!

The most unprofessional grilouo if people working I have ever encountered. I had someone use the app and charge over $100 in PICK UP orders on my card. When I called to see if there was a camera to look at who PICKED UP said orders to get to the bottom of it, I was laughed at, made to think I was getting a call from a manager, and then hung up with zero response. I'm guessing it's a friend of the workers and they're all just getting a good laugh at theft.

This store lacks customer service and cleanliness. I frequent this location and will not be back after today. Tall, female employee with purple hair is very unsanitary & unfriendly. I have witnessed her be very rude to her coworkers on multiple occasions, as well as touch everything with her gloves & continue to make sandwiches and touch food with the same pair. Today I watched her come in from smoking & not wash her hands. This is disgusting to me. I left and went to the subway by Fox Pizza. They are always are very friends & clean.
