Originally went to the Subway in Englewood, but was immediately uncomfortable and felt unwelcome by one of the girls working d/t her rolling her eyes and having an attitude when I walked in for a sub- so I left and came here instead. I had a WAY better experience with the nice young lady working at Hoke Rd location last night & I was sure to let her know she was doing a great job and that I appreciated her kindness and friendly customer service . I literally NEVER leave reviews...
All Subway's are not created equal. This one is by far the best we've been to. We've never had bad service or experiences here. Staff is friendly, store is clean, food is perfect.
This SubWay has drive thru, pick up, and inside service. My Sub is always done to perfection with inhouse baked breads, fresh ingredients and toppings. The staff are all professionals and give personal attention to each order. This facility is spotless and is one of the BEST in Richmond. You should try it.
