Went to drive thru yesterday for breakfast at 10:15 am. It's supposed to be served until 10:30am. Was told they are changing over for lunch early since only 2 people were working. Tried again this morning at 10am. Car in front waited for minutes to order and drove off. No idea why I thought it would be different this time. Waited again for 5 minutes at the speaker with no one to take order. 5 cars in parking lot with no customers inside. Must not be interested in customers.

Doors locked at 12:30pm with no signs or anything explaining why. Tried calling the restaurant, and no answer. Quickly moved on to another place; lost our business. Pathetic. Post a sign on the door if your dining room is closed. And maybe consider answering your phone.

The store was not very clean. The manager was awesome working with my daughters dairy allergy. The buns were very dry.

Went for dinner today! This young girl seemed to be the only worker doing everything. She was taking orders, getting ice because the ice machine was out, bagging food, getting food out to DoorDash customers, preparing frosties, and so much more by herself. She definitely deserves some recognition because no one seemed to be encouraging or helping her. The line was wrapped around the building and the lobby was full or mad people. This poor girl almost had to handle this herself. When she gave someone the wrong burger because she was flustered (since she was given no help) she was corrected in front of people. This should be done in private. I felt so bad for her! We were at Wendyâs for an HOUR trying to get our food. I would also like to note that the young girl did apologize for the wait to every person that she talked to! Good job to her!

For the 2nd time in 2 months the crew scheduled at 7:30-8 pm has gotten my order(a simple one at that) wrong...a baconator with lettuce n tomato...how do u mess that up? With just one car n front of me how do u mix that up...the only time they do their job right is when the GM Keisha is looking over their shoulders smh....

Rude nasty workers that obviously hate their jobs, act like no matter what they say to you itâs ok and they wonât loose their job. But itâs just time for Dave to close his doors their food and service is completely u acceptable anymore they donât wanna be here anymore than we want them to be here either with attitudes like that!! Worker had no name tag and lied about her name Way to hold him accountable, Dave!!

Went inside becaue the line was around the building outside. Walked up to the counter where a female employee was. Girl said sorry I just clocked out and walked away. Another female employee came to the counter and asked me to order through the drive thru.No thanks. This location is aligned with the Brookville location. Lazy employees and horrible leadership. Never again.

I typically don't leave reviews but this was horrible. It was 25 minutes from the time I started texting my girlfriend about the slowest line until they gave me the wrong order at 8pm on a Thursday.
