The service here is so bad. We went through the drive through and they were shouting at each other as they were talking to us through the order speaker. They rushed us when taking our order to the point of feeling aggressive and giving my friend so much anxiety she just didn't order anything after being told they didn't have what she originally wanted in a way that seemed very rude like it was somehow her fault they ran out of food. Once we paid they immediately had us pull up away from the window to wait but still very much in the way of the people who were behind us, who got their food first but were blocked in by us now. Which was awkward for us and probably frustrating for them. There was never any attempt at niceties or being polite. Basic manners would go a long way here. Very disappointed.

Drive thru. Never got food ordered. Very rude worker. Talked over me when I tried to order then he shut the speaker off. Tried to call to speak with manager. Phone rang 20 times. No one answered. December 27, 2025.

It was a regular interaction with cashier.
( just there to take your order) I definitely notice a switch in her demeanor once management start motivating the team to stay positive. So awesome to witness for someone who travels through USA and deal with alot of fast food Establishments. GREAT JOB! Food was extra hot and fresh.

Not timely with food orders and often not right, so be sure to check your food. In my experience food was fresher than most in the area, just not timely.

This is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
I paid for my order, stood there waiting, and someone else walked off with it because the staff couldn’t be bothered to call out names or check the ticket. When I asked for the food I already paid for, they didn’t remake it, didn’t apologize they kicked me out like I did something wrong. No professionalism, no customer service, no accountability.
The employees act like they’re being forced to work.
Nobody communicates. Nobody cares if you actually get your food. Corporate needs to look into this location because the way they treat paying customers is unreal.
Save your time and money this place is a complete embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand.

I waited in line they said I was waiting on potatoes. When I should have been waiting on fresh chicken. They brought me out this cold old chicken for the breakfast #1 meal. The lady act like she dont want to be there. They act so bothered at the drive thru window. No good hospitality at all. The customers haven't did anything ti them. You dont like your job just stay at home. Or get a new one. It's too early to be that bothered and rude for no reason.

The person at the drive through window argued with me about how many sauces I ordered and tried to charge me more for additional sauces. This went on for a full minute until I decided to just leave. Why are we arguing about 50 cents… Terrible customer service. Only giving 2 stars because the food was good

I visited your store on November 9th at 5:15 p.m. I ordered a number nine which was the tender strip meal I pull up to the window to pay for my meal I handed the lady a $20 bill she handed me back $8 when I question her about the $0.11 that she owed me she looked at me and said oh we ain't got no pennies can you pull around to the front and will bring your food out to you. I said okay and pulled around to the front. She never said to me that they were cooking my tenders so I assumed to keep the line moving because my food wasn't ready she asked me to pull to the front. After sitting in my car for over 10 minutes I decided to get out of the car go inside and talk to a manager about a refund. A young lady walks by the desk in a different uniform and I said excuse me are you the manager she said yes I am I said can I speak with you for a moment I proceeded to tell her what was going on and I asked her if I can just get a refund because I no longer wanted the food she looked at me and said I can't do that. My response was why can't you do that? She said because I'm not authorized to give refunds and I'm not losing my job for you or nobody else. I responded with okay so what do we do at this point because I no longer want the food she said I can call somebody and see if they'll give me authorization to give you your money back. I said okay well let's do that. She proceeds to get on her cell phone, holds the phone up to her face, looks at me and says nobody is answering. I said okay, at this point what do we do? She said I mean it takes 6 minutes to cook your food, so I don't know what you want, you wasn't out there for 10 minutes. I said yes I have been out here for 10 minutes and I'm not trying to be confrontational I'm trying to resolve this issue by getting a refund. She says well I don't know what to tell you. I asked well is there someone else that I could speak to? She said well you can come up here tomorrow morning and talk to somebody and maybe you can get your money back but your tenders are ready and here's the food. I responded by saying no I no longer want that and I'm willing to wait until you can get a response from someone on the phone. She said well you can wait but ain't nobody going to answer the phone. I then drop my head and looked at this lady and I responded by saying so you are trying to be confrontational, will do you have a corporate number that I can contact? She said you can go to the website and you can find something on there. I looked at this young lady and said ,can I at least get a receipt for my purchase that wasn't given to me at the time that you gave me my change? She gave me my receipt and I asked her if she could sign it so that I would know who I was talking to and she said no I'm ain't doing that either. She stood in front of me very confrontational. I then just took the receipt and walked out without my food and without my refund. This facility has poor customer service, no people skills, and no type of damage control. What a horrible experience! I gave Wendy's $11.89. I will never go back to the Wendy's on Holk and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

If this were the only place to stop within a 25 mile radius, just keep driving or stop at the Taco Bell across the street.
It started with us walking in to several people already waiting for their food. My boyfriend and I place our orders and are told it’ll be 6 minutes for fresh tenders. Cool, appreciate it. During the wait we watch them give another customer a different beverage because they ran out of what he wanted, and they didn’t even ask him if what they chose was okay with him. There was a lot of yelling going on in the back and everyone seemed genuinely confused. Needless to say, the 6 minutes turned into 15… we walk out to the car and turns out we were given 1 order of tenders and an oder of cheese fries. My boyfriend goes back in and in met with, we don’t have any tenders ready, it’ll be another 6 minutes…10 minutes later he got the tenders. Something that should have taken 6 minutes took a half hour. They were very well staffed, so that was definitely not the issue.
Not to mention our friends went through the drive through and when they pulled up to the window to order the girl felt it was appropriate to say “my manager told me to tell you she burnt her fingers.”
