Slow, but not worth the wait.

Never had breakfast at a Wendy's before. Got the Breakfast Burrito. Egg was a fried egg, sausage was a pattie, and the potato was their potato wedges. It was kind of a mess because it wasn't wrapped very tightly. Only hot sauce option appears to be Cholula, which I'm not a huge fan of. The burrito was a bit bland. Coffee was hot but not great. Service was a bit slow through the Drive-Thru the morning I visited. Was reasonably priced compared to other fast food breakfast place options but I probably still won't be back, at least for breakfast.

Vegetarian options: Wouldn't go to a fast food hamburger place for a decent vegetarian food option.

The rude drive thru person told me she put ranch in the bag already when I asked for ranch. I asked her for a couple more, she cut me off and said she put like 5 in there. There was no ranch. I stopped and went in to get ranch and was treated with a stand offish attitude. I then looked at what was supposed to be baconators and each had two skimpy pieces of bacon. Had the ranch issue not happened and I ordered double cheeseburgers, this would have been fine. I went in and asked if these were made correctly, and the person who lied about the ranch started talking g to me like I was a dog, again, I told her I did not want to speak to her, and the manager scalded me like a parent and said don't talk to his employees like that. Worded differently and without the attitude, I applaud that response, but talking to me like he's my mom, after I've already been disrespected and lied to, I was not ok with it. I asked for a refund, he said no and to get out, and started grabbing my sandwiches with his bare hands, again, after denying me a refund. I told him f you and yanked my sandwiches back. He then said "come on then!" like he wanted to fight, to which, I said come outside then, to which he said "I'm not scared of you", of course, while protected in his toxic job, and watched by 30 cameras. The aggressive manager explains exactly why the staff is so disrespectful. We paid $30 for poorly made, room temperature food and a ton of attitude. I'll go sit down at Applebee's for the same price next time I want to waste money on food.

These people definitely have the tortoise syndrome. Drive thru was backed up. They were definitely in slow motion inside. After waiting 10 minutes inside we left for another restaurant. Nothing fast about fast food anymore.

The worst Wendy's. Food has been flat out wrong the last 3 times we went. Waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru line, lay $30 to feed your family, just to be handed wrong food. Maybe if the boy working wore pants that fit, and he didn't need to stop to pull up his pants every 5 seconds, he could actually get some work done. We won't be back.

A plain dbl stack means nothing on it it's not hard really and whom ever put the 4p PC nuggy together make sure there is no uncooked breading showing otherwise throw it away thats how people get food poisoning and another thing tell me your out of bbq sauce and I choose sweet n sour but yet epic failure never even put it in the bag 5th graders I'm sure are up too par compared to the current night shift

At 14:15 hours I tried to go into the establishment on oak Road and the doors were locked. This is not the first time I've tried to go to this facility and the doors be locked in the afternoon

I recently visited the Wendy’s located at 7200 Hoke Rd in Clayton, OH, and decided to share my experience, especially since I've been to this location multiple times before. On this occasion, I noticed the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, which is usually a good sign of their popularity! Since I only wanted a couple lemonades, I opted to go inside to avoid the long wait.

Upon entering, I saw a couple of customers already waiting to be served. The manager, who appeared to be handling the front dining area, was busy bagging orders and taking the next customer’s order. Despite the hustle and bustle, I was served relatively quickly after the lady in front of me. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and a pineapple mango lemonade. There was a slight delay for the pineapple mango lemonade as the manager had to refill the regular lemonade, which I assume is needed for my pineapple mango lemonade drink.

Overall, my wait time was about 15 to 20 minutes, which felt a bit long for just two drinks. While it seemed they might have been understaffed, there were about five people working behind the counter. I’m not sure if that's standard for a fast-food location, but the staff remained patient and friendly throughout the busy rush.

The inside of the restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. Despite the long lines and the wait, I appreciate the effort the team put into providing good service. I’ll definitely return to this Wendy’s, especially to try more of their menu items!

I’ve had a few rough experiences here recently. The food quality and customer service have been subpar. I’m usually forgiving when it comes to fast food, but the attitude of the staff and management is just unacceptable. From the moment I walk in, it’s a negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in a good mood, because it’s sure to ruin it.

Instead of getting a line of people, the employee’s who worked on 12/22/24 at 5:45, they decided to use the excuse of fixing stuff in the store. Then when we exited the line and looked inside, they were just sitting around chit-chatting. Terrible service when it comes to a whole line of people at drive-thru waiting for you to quit talking and actually work

Asked for two bacon, egg and cheese meals. Had to wait about 10min, both orders came with sausage with I dont eat. Bags full of oil from prep. This is exactly why in Oakwood, Centerville you dont see certain people in food service. They just dont like working.
