Abundance Culinary Reviews
This is twice that I am unable to order pick-up online because they are “currently not accepting orders.” At dinnertime. Guess they don’t need my business.
Transcendent meal. Chef Liu Fang has taken the authentic flavors and ideas of China and brought them to life in a new way. After living in China for nearly a decade, I generally don’t expect US Chinese cuisine to capture real Chinese flavors. Abundance Culinary was just incredible. The Honey Ma wings are tough to top, and I’ve never had Chinese peppercorns to fresh and fragrant. That numbing sensation is pure happiness.

Abundance Culinary is a charming restaurant with a diner aesthetic, offering excellent and flavorful food with great depth of flavor. The setting is unique and nostalgic, tucked inside a vintage diner where natural light creates a cozy atmosphere for enjoying a variety of Chinese dishes. The menu features buns, dumplings, and noodle dishes, with the Corn beef bun being a standout. Guests can enjoy dishes like crispy fried chicken wings, Sichuan sausage dumplings, marinated scallops, and sour soup fish, all praised for their bold flavors. The drink selection includes refreshing cocktails, beer, and cider, making it a popular spot for foodies, date nights, or anyone who appreciates bold flavors in a cool, nostalgic setting. Service is prompt and friendly, though the atmosphere may be considered average by some. Seating is limited, so reservations are recommended for larger groups. Recent visitors highlighted the attentive staff and the amazing food, especially the Honey Ma wings and sampler plate of dumplings, which received perfect ratings. The spiciness of some dishes is well-balanced with flavor, and the coquito mocktail was highly enjoyed. Chef Liu Fang consistently serves creative Chinese dishes made from fresh ingredients, and vegetarian options like pea dumplings and Dan Dan noodles without pork are available. Overall, it’s a casual dining experience with authentic Chinese food that’s definitely worth a visit.
