“My fiancée and I love the food here. The staff has always been amazing however on 8/31/2025 one employee Heather was outwardly rude to customers. She rolled her eyes at customers walking in and gave attitude to us when we ordered an item that was low quality available and they didn’t have enough to fill the order. This experience was extremely out of the ordinary for our us and if it had been our first time in might have dictated if we would ever return.“

“Food 10/10, and service usually is too. There’s a new guy I’ve never seen before who didn’t even greet when i came in, just stared at me. Then made up some new rule about the line. I’m there like every few days and have never heard this from anyone else. Tried saying it was because of the weekday, that’s the only time I ever come, so they can hear better, there’s no noise in the shop, none of it made sense. I just think he didn’t want to service me before his friend.“

“The bagels are the best. The staff is friendly and the owners are super nice. The addition of the deli was a great idea. We love the sandwiches there. This is a destination that out of towners should not miss.“

“As a kid, I used to get a pizza bagel every single time my family took me to the market. It was my favorite part of going there. As an adult, it's been years since I've had one. I came across this Facebook page through a friend, so I ordered a dozen. Holy Moly, they were just as good as I remember!! I definitely won't be waiting so long to have them again. I highly recommend ordering from the Pizza Bagel Lady, you won't be disappointed!!“

“I love this place bagels are always fresh salads are delicious and the customer service is great. The one lady who is at the cash register everyday,(I think her name is Leann) is awesome she greats everyone with a smile and remembers names. Most people in customer service are not so nice everday as she is.. No matter how I am feeling by the time I get to the cash register she puts a smile on my face because of her kindness. I have no complaints.“

“I’ve had breakfast here several times over the past few months while my wife has had hospital visits. The food is always great and the staff friendly. My go-to is the bacon and cheddar bagel and medium roast coffee. I don’t look forward to being here at the hospital, but I do love getting my Einstein’s!“
