My fiancée and I love the food here. The staff has always been amazing however on 8/31/2025 one employee Heather was outwardly rude to customers. She rolled her eyes at customers walking in and gave attitude to us when we ordered an item that was low quality available and they didn’t have enough to fill the order. This experience was extremely out of the ordinary for our us and if it had been our first time in might have dictated if we would ever return.

🌟 What a marvelous 1st time experience @ Bruegger Bagel in Cleveland Heights! I am staying at a local Airbnb and another guest recommended it to me! 🌈 The friendly greeting by Denise the minute that I walked in the door was very genuine and inviting! Professionally, Denise discussed vegetarian options with me and went above and beyond to voluntarily fill my HydroFlask with ice and water on a 90° day! Denise has a marvelous personality, shows initiative with customers and totally made my day! I believe she will make a difference with her life! You are blessed to have her as an employee!✨️

Heather Was so helpful when I stopped in the other morning! I usually get my usual everything bagel but heather gave me great recommendations and suggested I try the Rosemary bagel and it’s Honestly my new favorite! Great customer service and great place 10 stars !

I eat breakfast here many morning out of the week. Pro tip, always order though app so you can get free coffee. Don’t get something uber complicated. Make sure you eat it fresh.

I went in at 630 am today 12/ 21 to get bagels for my family. I asked for 2 cinnamon raisin bagels , not toasted with cream cheese and a dozen bagels with everything bagels in a separate bag. The woman doing the orders was busy . She put an order up with 3 toasted cinnamon raisin bagels and a dozen bagels in one carrier. That was not what I ordered so I did not think it was mine. After waiting a while longer I tried to clarify if the order was mine. She initially ignored me , then said” Can you see that I am busy” and when I asked one more time said “you can wait” . I tried to cancel the order and get my money back but paid through the app and the cashier did not know how to do the refund. I was shocked at how rude this woman was. I have been at this store many times and have always been treated courteously but after this experience will likely not be coming back.

Little choice in Bagels. They should discount the bagels after 1:00 because there is such little choice.
TRASH !!! This was the last time. Over priced. The staff are in there own world . It's dirty needs a deep clean . The food allways wrong. Bagels are chewy or hard Coffee is brunt. Do you slef a favor go to Solon and get yourself at D & R BAGELS. NEVER WAS IT BAD AND ITS

Went in 2 mornings in a row and they did not have everything, plain, onion, garlic & several other bagels available. I walked out without ordering because they designated all of their everything bagels to an order and I would’ve had to wait 20 mins. I used to work here & this is unacceptable. Don’t go a few mins after opening! They won’t be prepared!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp in the back but that door is now kept locked. There are 2 steps into the front door.
