As i am a Frequent customer at Brugger's bagels and Einstein bagels i was completely overwhelmed at how poor the customer service was at this location and dont get me wrong man i love a good bagel but wow i mean wow as i take surveys for my coupon for 2 free bagels all the time i was greeted with such attitude for doing so as the cashier today acted as though she was mad i knew then after payment i had to ask for my receipt as she balled it up and was about to throw it away then after looking at my receipt she balled up she made me pay for cream cheese and i didn't have to woooooow i think she needs a good revaluation on her customer service skills or to be let go cause why make me pay extra

Walked in an hour before they would have closed. Was told they are done because they don’t have any staff or bagels. The worker, while saying sorry didn’t seem to show much remorse. I just wish they would have locked their doors instead of acting like they were

The food is always great. Most of the employees are wonderful. I had an interaction with an employee today that absolutely surprised me. She asked my order and I said it. I then moved over to the register to pay. I am a regular that comes in at least once a week and my order is the same every time. First she asked about my order and I answered. She told me that I had an attitude which I responded that I did not. Now what I did give off was that I really did not want her to make my order because she has made it wrong in the past a couple of times. After paying for my order, I noticed that one of the 2 bagels I ordered did not have cream cheese on it which I paid for so I asked for it on the side. She proceeded to tell me that she wanted to hurry up so I could get out of her face. I was the only customer at the time and it was her and two other employees. I pay for everything I order and TIP every time I come in so I could not believe her blatant disrespect. After I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager which I knew was a lie, I asked for corporate and she told me to go on the website. So we argued and cussed each other out. Her friend is the manager so I know there will be no repercussions of any kind for her. What I will say is that I have NEVER had an issue except with her and I do not appreciate being talked to that way. I kept my cool and composure until she told me she was trying to get her out of her face!! Who are you to talk to anyone like that. I enjoy the bagels and I will continue to patronize the company. This particular individual is a disgusting representation of your store. PERIOD!!
I was on the phone with my sister as she ordered from this particular location. It took me bt surprise to hear an employee yelling at her when she was attempting to discuss her issue with the food she ordered. I couldn't believe that an employee would act in such a way to a customer. I was disgusted!
