It was the worst service I have ever seen. They said just sit somewhere and never come to take our orders. We waited too long. Waiters are just hanging around. They are seeing that we did not order anything and doing nothing. Just looking us and going somewhere unrelated.

This use to be my favorite location. Now a days it's not the same. Very poor quality wings. Very small if you want good wings got to Quaker Steak & Lube. Just over all better quality

**The worst dining experience I’ve ever had.**
If I could give zero stars, I would. From start to finish, this place was a disaster. We waited five minutes just to place our order, and then over 40 minutes for the food to arrive — which wasn’t even good. When we tried to order another drink, we couldn’t because the server’s number system wasn’t working. The staff seemed completely unbothered and unorganized. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — ** don’t go here!

Today me and my family walked in. We were not greeted by anyone. The lady who was at the register when we walked in allowed us to stand there while she was on the phone and waited another 2 mins after she hung up before she even asked if we were dining in. She just walked away and left us standing there. Here comes the server who never spoke or introduced herself or anything and walked past us to get our menus, came back finally and said yall over here. When we sat down she stood about a foot from the table attempting to take our order, mind you its loud in there so who even heard her.

Take training back basics and hire people who are customer service friendly, that is by far the worst customer service that i have seen. Oh I would also like to mention i did walk out after that because i was disgusted. I called back in the store when i walked out and asked for the store manager and guess who it was? Yes the lady that left us standing there and did not greet us when we walked in. She asked if she could help me; really lady you didnt even speak when we walked in. Bad business spreads fast. I hope someone in management is reading this SMH. Check the schedule for today you will know who is there right now or roll cameras back. Good luck

I been here for 45 minutes no food we got drinks after the first 20 minutes and refills we ended up going to the bar to get them and had to pay at the bar ! It’s been 45 minutes sense we order food and nothing !!!! Don’t go here bad service !!! SAVE YOURSELVES 🥺🥹🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🥵🥵🥵😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My first time ever at this establishment in Cleveland Heights on Cedar Rd during happy hour and had to leave because of the servers attitude. I should have read the reviews first. I really looked forward to eating there while waiting for my car to be repaired nearby. I just chose to leave and walked down a block to the Starbucks instead.

If I could go back in time and make it so Buffalo Wild Wings on Cedar Road in Cleveland Heights **never opened, I absolutely would**. This experience was **beyond frustrating** from start to finish.

The wait to be seated was **ridiculously long**, despite the restaurant not being crowded. Once we finally got a table, the service was **shockingly bad**—completely inattentive, dismissive, and downright negligent. We ordered drinks, but they **never arrived**, and not once did anyone check in to fix the issue. Then, when we decided to leave, they had the audacity to **try charging us for drinks we never received**.

It's clear that **customer service is not a priority at this location**. If you want to be ignored, frustrated, and outright scammed, then sure, give them a visit. Otherwise, take your business somewhere that actually values it.
