The food took over an hour to prepare that the first dasher left, the next arrived and still had to wait on the order. The food arrived cold, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and chips from the ultimate nachos was soggy. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Update: Just found a long black hair strand in my food.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I called to see if my order was ready or if had already been picked up. In response I was asked how I ordered and told to call the 3rd party app for food that THEY MADE!!! Honestly how hard is it to say whether or not you sent my order out or not. Do Better.

My aunt is a heavier lady who prefers to sit at the bar or at a table because of her weight. One of the hostesses loudly asked her to sit at a booth when we were about to sit at a nearby table and I think she did that to embarrass her. There was a crowd in the restaurant and it seems very mean spirited to draw attention to someone's weight like that.
Great food. Nasty staff. The bartender is a sweetheart and I always love being waited on by her. Can't say the same for the other employees.

I’ve gotten this place 3 times, a house sampler each time. the first time they forgot all my wings and my brownie, the second time they forgot my brownie and 2 wings, and the third time they forgot 2 wings; a house sampler has 6 wings, not 4. this jas been repeated so many times. pls fix rhis
Honestly this place needs to close. If it wasn’t for the location they would’ve been shut down. The service is horrible and it takes forever to get your food. Half of the time you can’t find a worker there and something is always wrong. I love my people to death but we breed piss poor work ethic and sitting in that place for 45mins shows. They need to get new employees asap because what they have isn’t working. Also my food wasn’t ready and I sat home for however long and then sat there for 45 minutes and when i got my food it was cold 😂. This location is horrible and they need new manager asap they are am embarrassment to my people and the culture, take pride in being good people and a hard worker and not being lazy.

My family ordered from this location. Went to pick it up & half of our meals wasn't even in the bag! One of my kids was missing her entire meal! So that's clearly a "no go" on eating as a family for dinner. I called to make then aware and the manager (Antonio) was rude & stated it would be "a loss for him" if he were to remake the meals. Sir! So you expect us to eat cold food by the time we get it all back home with the half orders we have? I was willing to bring back the food we were given (as to not receive "extra" food)....we just wanted our COMPLETE meals! Apparently tyats too much to ask from this location! It was YOUR mistake! Why does the customer have to take the loss and eat cold food? COMPLETELY unacceptable! The food needed up in the trash as it was disgusting! And we went elsewhere. Called corporate to file a complaint there as well and will update if/when I hear back.
When I walked in it was pretty much empty only about 5 people eating. I thought I was going to be in and out but I waited 20 min for someone to finally tell me I can have a seat by the bar area. I turned right back around and left the doors. Literally walked in and instantly knew I was about to have horrible customer service. Glad I didn't waste my time or money and decided to eat at the downtown Cleveland one! My waiter here Devon was amazing.

Consistently gets my order wrong. Has constant issues with understaffing and wait times. I got bogo boneless wings today. 20 wings and 4 sauces. I got 5 bone in wings of one flavor, 9 boneless in a second flavor, 4 boneless in the 3rd flavor, and 3 boneless in the last. When I asked for some kind of refund or credit on my account, I was told its not possible and I'd have to drive all the way back to the restaurant to just get some fresh wings as a replacement. The manager let me know there is nothing else that would be possible to remedy the situation.

If I could pick -10000 stars i would!
I ordered the food online and it said it would be around 20 minutes to be ready. I went to pick up, hoping i could just take my order and go home immediately but instead i had to sit and wait for another 30 minutes. I was upset about the 50 minutes of waiting for just deep fried food but thought it would at least still be hot and ready to eat but it was COLD!!!!!! The sauce on my BONELESS WINGS WERE DRY because they'd been sitting for who knows how long!!!
