Placed an online order through them, and was charged. An hour after it was supposed to be delivered, I called to restaurant to check in on the order. No answer and voicemail not set up. I drove to the restaurant and it’s completely dark with a paper sign on the door saying closed so I never got my food despite receiving multiple text messages that my food would be delivered at a specific time. Absolute scam.

Placed an order online this past Sunday evening through Zuppler, their partner online ordering system. Upon arrival, the restaurant’s doors were all locked, all lights turned off (pitch black inside), no answer on their phones (I called three times). Rightfully, I was issued a full refund by Zuppler. However, very disappointing knowing I won’t be reimbursed for the gasoline used travelling to and from the restaurant (25 minutes each way). Gas isn’t cheap now days… I would have expected someone from the restaurant to reach out and address my situation but, alas, nothing. This place sucks.

The owner of this restaurant “MALLIKA S” has not paid her employees their full wages for her restaurant in Bullhead City, AZ. She received two PPP loans for a total of $96,432.00 (dispersed APR2020 and FEB2021) and didn’t pay any wages for over 3 months for some employees on purpose. She refuses to communicate with her employees that she owes money. She has taken advantage of them and purposely closed her business for a few months after her first loan so she could keep the money. She reopened her business later in the year and hired new employees and has not paid them. She took the money and opened a second business in Cleveland, Ohio (Cedar Thai Express). If you try to visit this restaurant when they are supposed to be open, you now know why they are closed randomly.

Great food. Best Thai food here for now. Authentic test. Worst to waiting. Kapoon maa kap. Aroi maak

TOTALLY worth the wait! When we called this particular Friday night we were cautioned an hour wait for takeout. We arrived 1.5 hours later and were greeted by a very sweet young woman with a sincere apology and estimate for another 15 minutes, explaining that the cook had quit without notice and now the owner was alone doing all of the cooking. We could see the owner working as quickly as she could in the kitchen. We settled in at a table to wait. Meanwhile another woman customer came in and started ranting at the hostess with an attitude of entitlement and superiority. The hostess responded with grace and apology, attempting to invite an ounce of empathy for their situation but to no avail. The customer seemed to believe she need not extend mutual courtesy and was free to verbally vent her anger on the hostess without any consideration or kindness. It seemed like she needed to put others "in their place" to assuage her own insecurity. After waiting about 45 minutes, our food was packed and we tried to extend extra kindness to compensate for the bad behavior of the previous customer! Jeez, this is our neighborhood restaurant. Would prefer to live in a community of mutual care! I'm so grateful to receive the gift of another's cooking, especially at an independently-owned place vs a franchise. It takes a lot of personal risk and long hours to run a restaurant! The food was heavenly, especially the black pepper & garlic tofu, a dish I've not had elsewhere. And, despite the backlog of orders, the food was placed carefully and beautifully in the takeout container. Flavors are richer and more nuanced than I've had at other Thai places; the sauces lighter but tastier! The Pad See Eiw boast the thick, chewy fresh rice noodles that I crave and braised in the sauce, not just boiled with sauce poured over. Several other Thai Places we visited are now skimping and using reconstituted dry noodles and charging higher prices! All vegetables were fresh, cooked expertly barely-crisp; none were mushy or undercooked. To me, this restaurant experience provides both gracious people and excellent food. I'm sure they'll be back to being more timely as soon as they find a new cook. Will definitely be back and hope you try it, too!

I bought the Pad See Ew through door dash today for lunch. I was excited because generally I love pad see ew. But this was awful. The noodles where extremely bland and dry and I also punctured my mouth on what looks like a steel wool pad piece that was in my food. I’m honestly really upset about it.

The portions were perfect, food was delicious, and management was so kind! We had a pretty large order but everything was ready the second I stepped through the door. Would definitely recommend!

So sad to say this place turned into a bust! Head to Bangkok Thai on Mayfield or Peppermint Thai if you want actual noodles in your noodle dish! The last 3 orders of crazy noodle, the noodle was totally disintegrated into my food. Good flavors, but no noodles! Wanted to love this place and I did my first couple orders, but it has been worse and worse each time I try.

I stopped in because I wanted a quick lunch while I was in the area and the reviews were good. Now I know why. The service was quick, the workers were friendly and the food was delicious. There is a small eating area, so I wouldn't bring a big group (8+) to eat there, but it's your typical store front eatery. Basic amenities but all the essentials. I ordered the "drunken noodles" "Thai hot" with shrimp . The sauce was rich and delicious, the noodles were properly cooked, and the shrimp were juicy and plentiful. The veggies were fresh with a little crunch left. I was pleased with portion size, with an appetizer you could share it between two people. I will definitely keep this spot in mind the next time I'm looking for Thai.

Such a great spot. They forgot an item on my take out and they quickly fixed it by delivering it personally. Love the food

I was very excited to try this place as my family enjoys Thai food. We decided to pick up food after my sons’ soccer practice. I ordered the food off their website an hour prior to our pickup time so it would be ready after practice. At 5:30 when my husband went to pick the order up it wasn’t ready. He ended up waiting 30 mins for his order ( an order of 4 dishes that was placed at 4:30). No one spoke to him, gave any explanation for the delay and when they finally gave him the food they handed it over and then disappeared back in the kitchen. A 30 min delay on food from a restaurant with the words express in their name felt a little wild. No other people in the restaurant except a customer picking up before us.The food had good flavor, I agree with other reviews the the chicken was on the overcooked/tougher side and my husband’s Massaman chicken was a smaller serving size than he gets from other local Thai restaurants ( elsewhere he usually will have enough food left over for a second meal. This was true of the noodle dishes we ordered but not his curry.). Wish this had been a better experience for us, we would have appreciated better customer service.

Very typical South East Asian mom and pop restaurant. Everything tasted authentic and even the spicy level was on that Asian taste range. Warning medium spicy is actually medium and mild has a slight kick (not American spice level sorry). The fresh vegetable and carb ratio of the dishes were perfect and the Thai coffee was very nostalgic. One of the employees/owners' child was in the corner working on homework (sign for authentic asian food). The only downside was they appeared very understaff for the dine in portion. The cashier, hostess, and waitress was all the responsibility for one person. The food was quickly prepped, but the front staff was struggling to keep up with demand. I suggest take out/ pick up until they are able to maintain a good rhythm.

Eh. We ordered all chicken dishes. Pad Thai was flavorful but the chicken was dry and obviously over cooked. Kind of a hard Thai dish to mess up. The fried rice was good, again chicken dry and over cooked. Not sure I understand the half tomato in the container either. The wings were excellent as an appetizer. The chicken teriyaki I ordered for my little one was just strange. It was in a watery sauce that I didn’t understand, and again way over cooked - there was nothing enjoyable about it. Overall, there are much better Thai places in the area, but this is could be an option - I will try again and hopefully we get a better batch.

Simply amazing. I ordered the Crab fried rice and it was the taste and spice level that I was looking for. It hit the spot.
