Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hi yall.

Please be careful when ordering on uber eats or whatever delivery service you may use. Upon opening my bottled organic lemonade (11/22/25) ordered at 9:22pm.I received it by 9:30pm or so.

When I took a sip of my drink I noticed a large white foreign object that over time started to dissolve and break apart. I didn’t finish this obviously because it tasted strange and bitter than their usual bottled lemonade.

I have an open ticket with chipotle and uber eats to figure out what is going on. Even after only taking 1 swig I ended up passing out and slept for over 10 hours and I woke up drenched in sweat. I hope this was an isolated incident because I became extremely drowsy and groggy after finishing my burrito bowl (seemingly just fine).

My 2nd time eating here, met with same disdainful service quality. Why does everyone serve up big attitude with your food here? My order is simple. Be kind, it’s easy. I don’t need a job, you do.

I had stopped coming here because to me it had fell off, it's been several months I decided to give it another try

I always order the same thing, half chicken, half steak, but I just realized they’ve been charging me different prices each time, and the amount doesn’t match what’s shown on the receipt. I’ve been there three times, and I just noticed it today. The receipt shows $11.5, but I pay for $14.15. It’s really disappoint to see this dishonest behavior. I won’t be going back.

This location does not even deserve the one star that I had to hit just to make the review. This isnt my first time actually getting some food delivered from there let alone DoorDash at that location and every single time that area barely put a half a scoop of chicken in my food when I pay for double And today I got two pieces of peppers as my fajitaso and 7 pieces of chicken every time I order from that location because that’s what’s closer to my house I always end up getting a refund Or a replaced free meal clearly, you gotta go in to get your food cause they would’ve never did this if I was there getting my food made

Terrible service. Guacamole is always brownish. I have ordered veggies bowl using Chipotle app and always found meat pieces.

This place sucks bought tacos last night 9/16/25 the chicken was cold and unsafe to eat it was also burnt i will never return this my third time getting garbage from here im going to stick with Qdoba food is much better and safe to eat

The reviews on this Chipotle are real! The steak burrito I bought last time at this place was loaded with salt. It’s as if the employees stand around and dump salt on the meats while they’re not busy; which is not good, the public with BP issues shouldn’t be eating excessive amounts of salt. The last time I dined here, my burrito was loaded with salted down steak, and the veggies, beans and cheese far exceeded the meat portion of the burrito. I had severe diarrhea after eating here! The employees must not be washing their hands. Run for the hills from this place!

Just go somewhere local nearby, Barrio is even somehow better. Easily the grossest and slowest chipotle I've ever been in—and that should say something. Hateful manager on duty, mean to employees and customers, shocking it has help wanted in the window.

Always running out of food one missing ingredient will throw the whole meal off

This is the worst location! Everytime.. takes 20 min even though there's no one in there. Staff just standing around, no one rings you out, food is always cold by the time you get out of there, stuff is out, flat soda, counters a mess. Never again!!
