Chipotle Mexican Grill

The quality of the food is fine. I usually try to give fast food places the benefit of the doubt. But this location is poorly run. I have not once ever placed a mobile order to this or any of the Cleveland Chipotle locations and actually received my food close to that time. Frustrating to say the least

This location never ever has vinaigrettes made like never . So if u need that to make your bowl complete don’t waste your time. the date is 8/27/24 11:51 am I left and went to another location

By far, the worst chipotle currently in business and serving the public. Im an avid chipotle customer, getting chipotle at-least once every day of the year. Iv been to tons of locations multiple times. This location should not be in business. Iv given them 5+ visits, before making this review. Avoid at all costs.

They were not stock with any food. Don’t eat chipotle much but that day and experience I was unhappy with services.

This location is always out of something. I arrived at 3pm and they were out of fajita, steak and the dressing for the salads. It never fails , it’s a gamble when going here.

They need ZERO STARS! The most unprofessional staff. I feel secondhand embarrassment being in there (iykyk) We need to do better man.

They are ALWAYS out of guacamole or cheese. So often it's laughable. Call ahead.

They are always out of something. They don't even bother making the vinaigrette anymore bc they know so many people like it. And when they do have it-the staff saves it for themselves..one of the workers told me this herself.

This is a nasty place to get food . The kids are playing , they have no food ready to serve. The floors and counter top are dirty.

Ridiculous drive thru time for UberEats driver. 45 minutes in a mobile order pickup drive thru with five cars in front of me is unacceptable.

The place was empty and they were out of everything, see the other reviews. The one person needed 30 minutes to cut the fully cooked chicken in front of him. The other one was melting down because something in the Pico was "too big". The other other lady was shoveling all the wrong ingredients at such a speed I knew there would be no disciplining her. Usually this behavior occurs after 9pm, but these clowns are acting up with the sour cream at all hours of the day
