Rude to assume a service animal is not legitimate. Questioning it even after clarifying the animal is indeed a service animal is extremely judgmental especially since you're basing your claims on how a person looks. How is someone in need of a service animal supposed to look? What a shame.

We hosted a First Time Home Buyer's event here earlier in the year and would highly recommend this space for events. The staff was very easy to work with and could make our vision happen! They were much more flexible than other venues we had contacted and will be hosting another event here soon.

The wine slushes are top notch on a summers day. Their wine is slightly fruit forward and sweet, but never the less, it's delicious at best! They don't have food, but they do allow outside eats. They also offer discounts on wine carry out / pick up, and have a chiller for you when buying bottles.

I had my rehearsal dinner at CLE Urban Winery and it was PERFECT!!! What a great party space, what awesome service and incredible choices of wine!!! Destiny is a great owner and the bartenders are always great. If you haven’t yet… try the Frosé and the Cedar Lee Chardonnay!

Bartender drew was weirdly uninterested in my party of 2. Considering renting the space for a private event. He walked away mid conversation as i asked him about details for reserving the space. As the only people of color in the space it made me wonder why he ignored our group and was drinking a beer with other guests as we waited . Felt so uncomfortable we didn't ask anymore questions and left without a drink. 5 minutes in and out, seemed like he preferred it that way. As a person in the fine dining cleveland service industry, it's unacceptable and will not recommend the spot to anyone. 0/10

I hosted a birthday event here yesterday and had an amazing time. I love the flexibility this venue allows. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is clean, cozy, and inviting. The wine is delicious. All of my guests had a great time.
