Dave's Cosmic Subs

Way overpriced with crunchy bread. Maybe some people like crunchy bread when you ask it to be toasted but nor myself. The chicken sandwich and the meatballs are pretty decent though,but the price keeps me from returning often.

I always question if I should grab corn beef from anywhere other than the original corn beef places I go to and THIS is exactly why the tiniest sandwich that cost $16!! and weighed less than my tuna sandwich is beyond ridiculous!!!!! to pay that much money for a sandwich that doesn’t even have any weight to it… and not to mention the mountain of mustard on it SMH SHAME SHAME!
Will definitely stick to what I know!!

Bad area for parking but this place has Free parking across the street. There was only one person working, but she engaged every customer that walked in. Even when she was in the back making subs. Great job!

Subs are delicious.cashier is usually very friendly, however; it's a dark skin lady that works there.i believe she's the manager! and her customer service sucks!

Love me some Dave's. So I went out of my way to head to the Coventry location. Hours on door say 11am. It was 11:30 and door was locked. Lame.

Awful customer service. I placed an order online through their website to the Coventry location. The computer for whatever reason wasn’t pushing the orders through. I’d already been waiting for 15 minutes before the woman working at the counter figured out what the problem was. Since I placed the order online, I wasn’t able to cancel it from the store, and the woman said she didn’t know how to. I then had to proceed and wait for another 20 minutes to get my order. When she handed it to me, she said “this isn’t my fault, I don’t know why it wasn’t pushing the orders through, I’m not responsible for this.” Then literally threw my food at me and walked away. Go to Grums down the street or anywhere else but here!

They’ve stopped adding pickles. I paid for the extra pickle as well and still got 0. Should have 4 pickles and I have none :(No pickles last few times. You suck Dave. Your special sauce is just Italian dressing you’re not fooling

Got the original and both me and my dad devoured them! Gone within minutes!!

Literally, one person working counter and register. I ordered my sub at 12:15 and got my order at 1:30. Waited an hour and half to get a one sub. Even though was only one person. He wasn’t moving very fast. Other worker walked in around 1ish. Looked around didn’t do anything to help the other co-worker. And just left. There where 5-6 people ahead of me, waiting as well. Then the only worker tried to charge me for a fountain drink I already paid for. Even if I didn’t pay for a fountain drink. Something should have been offered for waiting an hour and a half. I only get an half hour for lunch. Just ridiculous. Don’t have enough workers, close the doors. And stop taking more orders. I WILL NEVER EAT AT DAVES AGAIN!!! And I’ve spent plenty of money there. The Cleveland heights location.

Dave would be shaking his head in disappointment with how this store is run. The food is fine but the service is soo bad. No one seems to pick up the phone at peak hours (11:30-1:30) M-Saturday and the prices on various apps are super inflated. Something needs to be done and unfortunately Dave seems to not care about his stores any more. $21.00 for a sub sandwich. You clowns have lost your mind!!!! #davesubscoventry
