Last night we had dinner here, a party of 5. We were greeted by a friendly young lady and sat within 5 minutes. Once seated we were immediately waited on for drinks, all menu questions were answered honestly and accurately. The entire staff was upbeat and attentive. Whoever manages this location definitely has great team building skills. I own a business and its built on customer service and quality, 2 simple things that often get lost in the numbers game. It was refreshing to see and we will definitely make your establishment one of our stops when in the area. I seldom leave reviews but I was compelled to by the entire experience. Over 40 minute wait during relatively quiet time, order delivered wrong, they said we know, correct order out in a few, pizza flopped on table due to placement or stand near the gap between two tables, our server MIA after taking our order. When paying bill, not asked how our meal was. This was not good, I told her. We know, she said. Where was our server? Where was management?

4 pizza order pickup. Wasn't great wasn't horrible middle of the road. Crust is a little dough tasting sauce not alot of flavor, same with toppings.

How do you manage to get a plain cheese pizza so wrong Dewey’s??? I think the culprit was the generic, bland red sauce. The crust itself was nice and chewy-crisp, not too heavy. They offer a lot of toppings, unique. The salad was very good, as was the service. The place itself was nice and clean. But I won’t go back. The pizza itself was awful. Not trying to be mean, it was just not good at all.

I ordered my pepperoni pizza through Uber eats pickup at 8/13/2025 6:45 PM. The pizza was absolutely delicious, probably the best in Cleveland Heights if I have to be honest. The sauce and dough was amazing.
Rating 1 star because when I walked in the establishment, the young black lady at the lobby asked for my name for order and when I told her my name, she just started burst out laughing. She had other customers laughing with her too. I think the laugh died down after they all noticed that I didn't crack a sing smile the entire time. After that, it was a awkward 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby with her and others. Simply the most racist and humiliating experience in my life.
