Had a wonderful evening, the restaurant is clean from top to bottom and has an elegant yet funky vibe that I found to be just what I was looking for. Perfect meal on our way to the orchestra.

Went here for an event a friend of mine was having in this location and I wanted to leave this review to highly recommend Gigi’s on fairmont if you’re considering an event for any sort of celebration! We had such a blast, it was simply amazing and I loved everything about it! The venue and the atmosphere were simply amazing to just mingle with everyone. The service was outstanding, they just kept bringing food out for us to have and they were super nice and polite, constantly checking on whether we needed anything, wanted more drinks and so on.
Finally, the food, there are no words to describe how delicious everything was!! I have no idea how many crab cakes I had, they just kept coming and I kept eating them, so addictive! Their cheese platter, toasts, chicken screwers, brussel sprouts, and different desserts were just delicious! Such a great event and experience!

First time there, and won’t be my last. Gigi’s was absolutely delicious. The service was great- our waitress Taylor was kind and accommodating. The drinks were well made, the bruschetta board was a ton of food, topped with fresh ingredients. I am not a salmon/lox kind of person, but the salmon bruschetta was phenomenal. I had a pan seared fish on a bed of quinoa and tomatoes. It was SO good, and you can tell they use fresh, high quality ripe tomatoes.

Traveling to Cleveland Ohio from Lisboa Portugal I was beyond impressed with the chef, cuisine, the wines, the staff, everything on point! You can tell all the staff and owners take pride, an amazing restaurant from the staff to the top. Everyone cares and treats you very well.

Gigi's On Fairmount was my favorite, and most memorable dining experience in Ohio, im so happy I found you and recommend to everyone. I can't wait to come back!!

I have been here a few times over the past couple years, but I recently took my parents here when they were in town. We were all blown away by the food. Absolutely amazing. Each dish is so unique and delicious. I got the prime rib and it was massive, tender, and flavorful. I can't believe how the chef can change the menu everyday/week and still create such masterpieces. Also the restroom is amazing in itself!

Beautiful atmosphere,lovely server, but the food fell short. on a Saturday night at 7:30 they were out of many of their appetizer specials and dinners. It was very disappointing.

First time here. Overall a decent experience. We ordered the appetizer platter/board and were very happy with it. The mixed drink needs improvement and were not very good, so suggest customers order wine. Service was a lot slower than reasonable, so plan accordingly.

We had been looking forward to going here for a few weeks, and it did not disappoint.Our simple breadboard and green herb mix salad appetizers were great.Our main meal of sandwiches and salads were also very good, but the best part of the meal was the Red Velvet Cake, which was to DIE FOR.In short, we would definitely come back.
