I placed an order today for 6 wings and a small pizza. I picked up. Upon entering I smelled a dirty kitchen. Im a long time professional kitchen manager and cook and the first thing I smelled is a dirty kitchen. Looking at the pizza oven and hood and equipment I can clearly see years of grime. Who’s running this show? Not a professional who cares for sure. This place is health department dirty don’t go there. The boxes and food smelled dirty when I got home. The food is barely edible due to all of the above and the worst part this small order cost 30 dollars! Cook with respect. Not here. Look at the bad reviews and make changes or ignore it and be just ok. Not even. Aim for perfection. Not happening here. Kinda sad.

Second time my food was not made right and when I called I didn't even get an apology just offer to drive 25 minutes back to the restaurant then wait 20 minutes for a remake at 1030 at night. I used to love guys but I will not be back. Pizza was barely baked and has much too much sauce on it. Won't be back

Awful service and awful pizza. The delivery guy stayed in the car and just slammed the horn, I guess trying to summon me from the house to go get the food from his car?
Slow service & nasty food!! The wait just wasn't worth the wait. I ordered a medium pepperoni & Xtra cheese pizza with Garlic parm wings... Yuck!! The pizza dough is hard. The guy put wayyyyy too much Parmesan cheese on the wings & I had to give them rIght back.They looked nasty as heck! NEVER AGAIN!!!!The worst pizza spot so far

The pizza store on Coventry Rd. Over charge your debit card or credit card by 4.00 or more dollars this is the second time this has happen . Keep your receipts and monitor the charge on your cards . The staff act as if they don't know what your talking about. Be careful people with your cards at this place. It's a habit .

Wish I would have read the reviews before I places an order. If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order in a third party app for delivery. after watching 2 drivers cancel on my order I figured it was something with the store. waited patiently as my drop off time got pushed back 3 more times and my driver changed three more times. I then knew it was the store. After waiting over an hour and a half I still didn’t have food. I called the store 3 times no one answered, they played with my order until it was time to close and they turned the phones off…still ended with no food beyond unacceptable.
