I ordered here for the first time last night. I live close by and can smell the food sometimes, so I had high hopes. When I called the store a man answered with a not so great attitude. Maybe he’s having a bad day so I left it alone. I ordered online for delivery. A few quesadillas and wings. Wings were pretty good. Nicely done. Them quesadillas however…..so disappointing. I opened the container to see these flat crispy tortillas. I attached some imaged. One image is all the burnt crumbs. After taking off the burnt bits I was left with this idy bitty little piece left. And the cheese quesadillas were just as bad as you can see. My stove stopped working so I had to opt for take out. Something I know my children will eat. Oh and by the way, all this came out to $70. 2 chicken quesadillas- 1 cheese quesadilla and a 12 piece chicken wing. None of the food looks the way it’s been advertised online. I hope someone from management sees this. I need a refund or something.

UberEatsDriver: Went to pick up an order after driving 10 minutes and was told it would take another 15-20 minutes.. On a Tuesday when the shop was empty.. Why are you requesting a driver when the order isn't even close to being finished? If y'all have no respect for my time I will not be accepting order from your store.

I order through Toast waited 2 hours for my pizza and got a update in the app that my pizza was picked up and on the way no, the time just kept getting further and further away, so i called and they said the person took my food and left got in touch with the driver and they said they were just still there waiting for my food WHAT?!!! Called back to Guys pizza and he said im making your order now im really trying to shorten the conversation but he was so rude and nasty as if im wrong for calling in to see where tf my pizza was ?! And more importantly why are u guys updating things wrong in the app saying my order was made and sent out and it wasn’t ? Just weird all around NEVER AGAIN
Although you can consider this location in a not so desirable location .I can say they are highly professional. The food is always good. Sometimes they are a little backed up. But when you have good food, what do you expect? Keep up the good work. Thank you

I placed an order today for 6 wings and a small pizza. I picked up. Upon entering I smelled a dirty kitchen. Im a long time professional kitchen manager and cook and the first thing I smelled is a dirty kitchen. Looking at the pizza oven and hood and equipment I can clearly see years of grime. Who’s running this show? Not a professional who cares for sure. This place is health department dirty don’t go there. The boxes and food smelled dirty when I got home. The food is barely edible due to all of the above and the worst part this small order cost 30 dollars! Cook with respect. Not here. Look at the bad reviews and make changes or ignore it and be just ok. Not even. Aim for perfection. Not happening here. Kinda sad.
