Slow service & nasty food!! The wait just wasn't worth the wait. I ordered a medium pepperoni & Xtra cheese pizza with Garlic parm wings... Yuck!! The pizza dough is hard. The guy put wayyyyy too much Parmesan cheese on the wings & I had to give them rIght back.They looked nasty as heck! NEVER AGAIN!!!!The worst pizza spot so far

The pizza store on Coventry Rd. Over charge your debit card or credit card by 4.00 or more dollars this is the second time this has happen . Keep your receipts and monitor the charge on your cards . The staff act as if they don't know what your talking about. Be careful people with your cards at this place. It's a habit .

Wish I would have read the reviews before I places an order. If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order in a third party app for delivery. after watching 2 drivers cancel on my order I figured it was something with the store. waited patiently as my drop off time got pushed back 3 more times and my driver changed three more times. I then knew it was the store. After waiting over an hour and a half I still didn’t have food. I called the store 3 times no one answered, they played with my order until it was time to close and they turned the phones off…still ended with no food beyond unacceptable.

Would give zero stars If could employee was drunk when I called to check up on my food and the delivery driver was nowhere to be
Ordered online for delivery then received a call from the store that there was no one available to deliver that day. Was told I'd be refunded for the delivery fee and tip at pickup. No manager available at pickup and told to call for a manager to refund. Calls go unanswered, unreturned, or I just get hung up on. It's only $11 but the lack of customer service is really disappointing considering how often my kid wants to eat here.

Do not order from here. We’ve waited almost 2 hours for a cheese pizza which still hasn’t been delivered. Called the store 3 times during this timeframe and the “manager” just kept telling us it was its way.

I called to get a delivery and they said they don’t deliver to my address, even though they have before, and it was only 5 minutes from the restaurant. The guy on the phone had a racist undertone, so I called my friends and did an experiment. I had one of my white friends call and ask for delivery 10 minutes from the restaurant and it was approved. Then, I had a black friend call and ask for delivery to a location that was a 5 MINUTE WALK from the previously confirmed address. He said they don’t deliver there and his reason was “we just don’t.” My friend proceeded to call him a racist, and he just hung up instead of defending himself. I was very upset to have this experience with the establishment, since I was a regular customer.
