As of 12/18/2023 they're out of business. See the photo I posted, there is no sign in the window directing to a different location or website, & the inside is completely empty. It's not a seasonal closure, as the rest of the mall is BUSTLING, they're just gone :-(

UPDATE: as a reply to the owner's reply ** the store is not closed, I was there 4 days ago, there is no reason for me to lie. I wanted a bubble tea, but since the young girl working there said 5ha5 at the momwnt, they are not offering the deal advertised in the window, I chose not to buy anything from the store.Tried to get the bubble tea they advertise in their window for 3.99, but once we went inside they said that's actually not the price right now. That a small is 5.99, a medium 7.99 and a large is 9.99 .... not the 3.99 they advertise

I ordered Taro boba tea. Had absolutely no flavor except for straight up milk. Got 8 macarons & two boba teas for $55. Rip off and there are plenty of other places to get way better boba tea.

First timer and was very excited to try the macarons but they only had maybe a total of 6 cookies left and was told they would have more in this weekend um it’s only Wednesday and the name of the store is macarons cafe right? Won’t be back ☹️

Great vegan macaroons! My Mom bought them for me and my husband. Bottom line they are really good! EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW THAT THIS IS HOW MUCH MACAROONS ARE EVERYWHERE! And these actually taste good! I saw in one review where they described the macaroons crunchy on the outside etc.. yep… that is how they are supposed to be. These ladies also offered to make other Vegan options for us. My mother said how nice and professional the ladies at the Strongsville location were… that’s why I can’t believe these reviews! I was shocked. My mother is a very tough critic!
Great customer service their! There so personal and proper! Just has that feeling of being right at home with better tasting, delicious macarons and teas/coffees! My personal favorite is all the Macrons, thus the coffe chocolate bubble tea!! Yummy! Highly recommended!!! -coming from a veteran which made my day, and helped my Ptsd that day! I personally love the indain woman and owner.They made me feel right at home! I don't get out much but I will definitely be coming back!

I ordered customised cake for the baby shower with the flavours I want and the decorations that I want and I got the same cake as I showered them from my phone !! They all were so kind and helpful to make our function more sweeter with the cake cupcakes and cake pops I highly recommend this place if you want any kind of cake they will more then welcome you and help you and also make your celebration more delicious!!

The reviews are all right. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lady in the red hair is very rude and and unfortunately the young lady as well.She doesn’t take feedback or criticism and responds to every review which is crass n dumb.They don’t know how to make bubble tea and their ice cream is Country fresh which you can get at the grocery store.Unfortunately when you are at the mall, the marketing gets people to go.The mall should close the contract with them if they can’t change the service there.

Is this the company that ordered several gallons of ice cream a few days ago and LIED to Instacart stating that you didn’t get your ice cream???? Trust me, nobody wants a liar as a Chef. ?? How are you going to have a sign on your window advertising 3.99 bubble tea drinks, literally a picture of the drink and 3.99 but not honor it when you walk in. It’s 5 plus tax not 3.99 plus they are out of 10 plus items for that drink.
