I placed an order online yesterday and my money was taken and the place wasn't even open. I have tried to call and no one answers and the VM is full. What is going on here. I would like my money back.

My daughter has had a taste for beef patty for months...so we found this place quite close to home. We ended up getting chicken patty, j*** chicken and curry chicken. IT WAS ALL SO TASTY! And the guy that helped us was very helpful with a great personality (he's humorous) ? great spot, great prices...we'll be back

Had a difficult time trying to eat here- first they wouldn't pick up the phone, then I called in an order which they had apparently forgotten about when I showed up. Couldn't try the plantains because they have to be made in advance. Curry chicken was tasty and fall-off-the-bone, and along with the included rice and cabbage it made for a huge amount of food. They just have some communication and service issues to work out- hopefully they'll be smoothed out next time around. Until then I'd recommend just walking in instead of ordering ahead.

I ordered two meals goat and oxtails. I was given generous portions of cabbage and rice in both meals. The cabbage and rice was good however, there was very little meat in both meals mostly bones.The goat was hotter than HELL!!!! The oxtails were seasoned well but still a little too spicy but not like the goat. I ended up throwing the goat dinner away because of the seasoning and heat. My take on this resturant is this let people know the dish is hot and spicy because as I write this review my stomach is churning and burning. If you still want to eat at this place take someTUMS and peparation H you are going to need it.

For a real Jamaican experience you have to check out the food at Jamerican Kitchen. I love everything they cook especially the Brown stew chicken i love it!! It's Finger licking good.??

I did not like the oxtails which was my only reason for going there. Plus they have the nerve to charge $20 for 4 1/2 thick oxtails. Mostly it was the flavor for me. Not my least fav jamaican

Love their oxtails, similar to have I cook mine so good when I don't feel like doing so myself. The cabbage isn't cooked to my liking but not the worst.

The ladies are always welcoming. The food sells out very fast and early in the day but that comes with serving such great food. I always get j*** chicken with extra rice and the j*** sauce on top of my rice is so good.

Best Jamaican i've had in Cleveland thus far. A little pricier than most Jamaican but they are not skimpy on the gravy and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Ordered my food online. My husband went to pick my food up and was told half of the items ordered were not available. Refused to refund us our money while my husband was there in the establishment and said the refund would need to be requested online. There isn’t an option to do so on the web page unless I’m missing something. I emailed the address on provided on the restaurant web page but the email was not valid. I messaged them on Facebook. Nothing. Items should not be able to be placed in the cart online if they are out of stock. This is basically stealing.

Incredible we've tried breakfast and dinner and it's all absolutely worth the visit. Will keep coming back again and again. Oxtails are fire

Restaurant smelled like the food was old, walked up to the counter to order and the food warmer was putrid - very dirty. I called and ordered ahead and still had to wait 25 minutes while they MICROWAVED my food. The lady presented my food to me with sauce spilling everywhere - simply messy. I spent $50 on food we ultimately threw in the trash because it tasted awful. Small oxtails like they cut them to shreds to maximize profit. Ugh, totally disgusted by the whole experience. I’ll stick with Irie on 185th. Much better quality food and prices. Please clean your restaurant - it’s a health hazard. And they have the nerve to say no refunds - yeah okay.
