Music is vulgar and too loud. However, the treats are delicious and very fairly priced. Also not too greasy. If they would change the music (or better yet, just don’t play music - let people eat in peace and quiet) then I would come more often

I recently purchased a bread from Koko Bakery, and I was quite disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, the bread was past its expiration date and had visible mold on it. It seems that the store doesn't check their baked goods daily before putting them on the shelves for customers.
I didn't notice the expiration date or the mold until I had already eaten a small piece. This was very concerning, and I urge everyone to be cautious when shopping here. Make sure to inspect the products carefully before purchasing to avoid a similar situation.
For a bakery, I expected better quality control. I hope they improve their checking process moving forward.
Stopped in on my way to visit a family member at Seidman Cancer Center. Wanted them to have something different, plus I had been wanting to stop since I moved in the area. Fresh, great variety and helpful employee. Very good!

I ordered Thai tea and they filled it up 1/2 way with Thai tea, 1/4 with water and then 1/4th with ice. Wont be coming back.

first off. i got a turkey bun sandwich and it literally had 1 thin piece of turkey. second off, me and my boyfriend wanted to try new drinks, so he confidently chose the strawberry milk tea with matcha foam. when we received it, the drink already came separated, chunky, and rotten. no joke, i took one sip and i feel the urge to vomit. i went back to kindly tell the lady we didnt like it, until she rudely explained “you get what you get, you might not like the next drink i make you, so no remakes”. what a waste of 6 bucks. so just keep this in mind if you ever choose to go here. they may serve you a spoiled drink, but you get what you get?♀️

The shop is really cute! Nice place to sit and get a drink with friends. I recently went and got a taro milk tea and asked for it to be less sweet. I recently started doing this and it seems like maybe water is added when you ask for the drink to be less sweet? I am not sure. Besides this the drinks are usually really great and I would recommend to those with a sweet tooth :)

Awful customer service. I simply asked for a receipt. She pulled a receipt out of the garbage can. I didn't want that. I asked for her to print another one. She wanted to argue about it until she finally printed the receipt. Then she threw the receipt at me. I asked politely. I did not come in with an attitude at all. She (older lady with a short haircut) was unnecessarily disgusting over a freaking receipt. I politely told them that they could keep their tea (even though I paid already) and I left. It's free to be polite.

I was visiting the area and was sent here for bubble tea. I love it, and the bakery section is AMAZING! I will definitely be back!
The best boba in all of Ohio! Highly recommend the passionfruit smoothie and the mango smoothie. We have ordered a strawberry cake from here as well and it did not disappoint. Exceptional quality and superb customer service.

Very cute shop, delicious drinks and desserts. They will NOT replace unsatisfactory drinks so don’t get the strawberry milk tea, it’s gross. Some workers are very friendly while others have a bad attitude. It’s a 50/50 chance on how your experience will be.

Food and drinks are great, atmosphere is fun, when they actually keep their hours. Their hours say open until 8pm but if you go after 6pm there's a good chance they closed up and left early, no sign on the door or anything.
