I routinely go to the Luna location in Moreland Hills. The menu at the Cleveland Heights location was similar. I ordered the grain bowl. At this location, the preparation seemed saltier. Service was slower. This location was much busier. Three of the four people in our group received our order in reasonable time; a fourth person did not receive their order - no explanation given. After waiting 10 minutes, an inquiry was made. Staff located the order, after checking with one another, and said there would be a 15-minute wait, on top of the 10-minute wait. Wonderful food, extensive menu, delicious bakery and I had a delicious honey lavender latte made perfectly. I highly recommend. My favorite is the Luna cake. Loved the Herbed eggs panin too.

I’m a regular customer at this café, and I truly love the bakery, the coffee, and the overall atmosphere — it’s one of my favorite spots. However, I had a disappointing experience today.
I waited about 10 minutes for my coffee, not because the café was busy, but because the barista was engaged in a long personal conversation with another customer. I was standing right there and saw everything — she was moving very slowly and seemed distracted.
I completely understand that friendly customer service is important, and it’s nice to chat with clients. But in the morning, many of us are in a rush to get to work, and we expect our coffee to be ready promptly.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service during busy hours. I still love this place and will continue to come, but I wanted to share my experience.

Got the soup of the day to go with the quinoa salad which smelled like nail polish remover and was inedible. I also ordered a matcha and a half panini which were delish.

I like all 3 locations, but my favorite is the flagship café in Cleveland Heights (CH). I love the avocado toast with smoked salmon on multigrain bread and the spinach salad, to which I add 2 hardboiled eggs. They have a delicious matcha latte with oat milk. I eat outside when the weather permits. The CH location is spacious. .

Nothing works right now. So maybe call before you go there. I hope they will be better once the renovations are done.

I ordered 4 dozen mini cupcakes for a HS Graduation Party. Everyone loved them. My nephew said they were the best cupcakes he’d ever had. Thank you Luna for making a big hit😉

First time visiting girl out of town, the place was such a vibe!! The food was delicious and the drip coffee was like no where else I’ve tasted we ordered the crepes with chocolate instead of Nutella by accident and they fixed it and made it right! I highly recommend this place for a quick stop or a place to vibe!!

We ordered 2 cakes for my twin's birthday. They were both delicious. When I went to pick up the cakes, I grabbed some snacks and cappuccinos. The service was great and the cappuccinos were perfect!
I love Luna. They're something for everyone, while still maintaining a simple menu. I like their crêpes, the savory ones in particular, which are served with a really taste quinoa salad side. Their batter makes fluffy crêpes.
Their baked good are consistently good and offer a nice selection. The Lemon Zucchini loaf is among my favorites and you can even have them made gluten free (special order). I also really enjoy their season/ themed frosted sugar cookies, croissants, and vegan cookies and brownie bars.
I've catered with Luna many times and they're always perfect. It's very easy to work with their catering manager, Erin. See responsive, organized, and very helpful. They do a fine job with quality (even hot foods) and presentation.
They're my go-to breakfast caterer in town.
My only qualm is parking. But, it's not their fault.
Sometimes it gets busy and you end up needing to find parking outside of their lot/ right in front metered.
I strongly encourage you to try Luna. You'll keep coming back.
Good service and a great local establishment. However I’ve noticed that when I get their egg whites they super short change you for the extra money it cost to supply it. Vs when I ordered yesterday and got the same thing with whole eggs. I understand the cost of eggs have gone up but receive a significantly less for something that cost a whole $1.25 more is quite ludicrous. Also it would be nice if more vegan items were available in the cases.
Especially appreciated the quality music, which wasn't loud.
What an absolutely incredible bakery! Erin was who I spoke with, and I told her about a fundraiser I was hosting for mens mental health, and she was quick to donate and jump on board. When picking up the cookies the staff was so very kind, the bakery was clean, the baked goods in the case looked DELICIOUS! I unfortunately didn't get to stay in and dine, but I'm sure I would of enjoyed myself if I did. This truly is a great group of people, and I'm so very thankful for them for believing in me, and helping me out with my event! Their cookies are TO DIE FOR! The ginger molasses... YUMMY probably my favorite by far. Thank you all for everything!
