The customers service is phenomenal! The Chicken Alfredo is literally the best I’ve had in Cleveland. The Store is clean & kept up to date, and has such a positive and professional atmosphere! Definitely a 10/10 experience from ordering the food & getting home and enjoying my meal!

This was my fist time ordering here. Waited 35 min for my food just for them to tell me they only take cash. Why would you not say that when I placed the order. Super unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t even write reviews but this had me so heated. I had just got off of work and then on top of that. Waited that long for food just for you guys and to tell me I couldn’t even have the food because I didn’t have cash. What business doesn’t offer card payments in 2023. Even food trucks give that option these days. Then when I told the guy only had my card, he just said oh well and threw my food on the counter. Ridiculous. I won’t be back. Maybe put on your website cash only or something. 0/10
