Beautiful atmosphere. Went during lunch, nice selection of hot pot items and nice station for creating your custom sauce and grabbing kimchi and fruit. Nice portion sizes we were full after 1 round. Nicely priced, will definitely return.

One Pot in Cleveland Heights is a fantastic all-you-can-eat hot pot and BBQ spot! The food was fresh, high quality, and full of flavor. We loved the variety of meats, seafood, and sides—you can really enjoy and try a little of everything.

Everything came out quickly, and the experience was fun and interactive. The restaurant was clean and well organized. A special thank you to our server, Andy, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Great value for dinner and overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend—we will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite ask you can eat Korean bbq place. I love the atmosphere, food and the drinks!

I host meetup groups and done a few events here, they always make it super easy for us and are accommodating!

I often come here randomly for lunch and dinner by myself as well.

One of my favorite drinks are the plum tea. I used to drink it a lot as a kid and everytime I order it here, it brings me back to my childhood.

Should definately try this place!

I’ve been there with my family before and had a decent experience. Went with my bestie this time, and the experience was HORRIBLE. The server immediately came over to take order after we sat down. Didn’t even gave us time to look over the menu. I’m not sure when the 2 hour time limit started - the second we walked in, sat down, placed our order, or when we receive our food. But I’m sorry, I don’t pay attention to the exact time I walked in, sat down, ordered, or received my food. And I certainly don’t pay attention to the time when I’m eating and spending quality time with my friend. I understand you need to have time limit for places like this, but you need to give the customer some sort of way to keep track of time or a warning of how much time they have left. Other hot pot/kbbq places I’ve been to either give you a timer or the waiter will let you know you were at the 1.5 hr mark. But we got no warnings. Just the rude hostess lady yelling that we were at our time limit. We were very embarrassed. The waiter had MANY chances to come and told us that our time was about up, but no we got nothing. They let us ordered another round, and then proceed to tell us that time is up that we need to hurry up and leave, so they can seat other people. I apologized for not realizing the time, but the hostess lady just rolled her eyes and gave us a look before she left. At least give us an half hour notice or just don’t let us order if you know our time is up. And I knew roughly when I walked in, and when we left, it wasn’t even at 2 hour mark. Will not be back again

I went here and was turned away because it was just me and was told it had to be two or more people to be seated. I come here and spend my money all the time and never heard anything like that. Too bad they lost a long time customer.

I love this place! I like the kimchi hotpot best so far and the beef bulgogi on the grill. I recommend 2-4 people for the best experience. You dont get a take home box so dont order too much, just get a couple items at a time.

Really like the hot pot side vs BBQ side. Great broth, Hot Sechewain was great. The beef in the BBQ was a bit tough. Over all a fun dinner with family.

This was a nice experience. Bartender was on point. Portions were bigger than other hot pot places which was great because i didnt have to beg for refills. You can also just used the qr code which makes things much easier. The fried rice wasn't as good as I've had in other hot pot places but I can get over that. The biggest issue that I had was with sanitation. There were gnats on EVERYTHING in the sauce/side bar. It was simple enough for me to just not grab that stuff but thats like half the experience. Fortunately everything else was good so im willing to let that go. Id give them another chance.
