Absolutely LOVE Phoenix. We visit almost daily. People and drinks are excellent. The new cup lids not so much. Right now the little flap on the lid won't stay down and so it's hard to take a sip. Looking forward to when Phoenix gets better lids on the takeout cups. But see ya tomorrow anyway! :)

I like to come here on Sunday mornings when Coventry is calm and quiet. The baristas are always so nice and are on first name basis with many customers. I have enjoyed hot tea and a latte from here. And it is very cute inside!!

One of my favorite coffees

This was a quaint little coffee shop with a warm cup of gingerbread latte on a freezing day. I really enjoyed sitting and sipping my coffee a d just relaxing.

Best coffee in Cleveland.

The folks that work here are talented and knowledgeable baristas. On top of that very nice. For some reason my card kept declining even though I had the money in my account. It was so nice of them to be patient with me while I sorted out the issue. Thank you and I will be back again soon.

the coffee is beyond excellent

time and time again over the years I have given this place chance after chance wanting the coffee and service to be good, but now more than ever they do not live up to the expectations of a quality coffee shop. this place is not worth going to

Overall a great experience, but they let people campout for extended periods of time, so finding a table can be difficult.

Today was my first time such a little cute place. It is a great place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat, they even have drink options for non-coffee drinkers. It was easy to find parking and it wasn’t overly crowded that I could still find a place to sit if I wanted to we ended up going outside to enjoy the weather I will be back.

I go to this Phoenix location at least once a week because I live in the neighborhood and often have meetings here. I actually went three times last week because of meetings! I really love the drinks and staff. Just a very solid, welcoming environment. Also awesome to sit at the outdoor tables if it's nice out. Glad I live close :)
