My husband and I ordered food here and we were disappointed. My husband’s lemonade tasted like soap and my fish fry tasted like soap too. Food also didn’t taste fresh and was very bland as well. We told the waitress and she told the manager. They apologized and asked me if I wanted to replace it with something else on the menu to compensate for the bad experience. I didn’t trust eating anything else on the menu, so I left still having to pay full price for the food, not getting a refund from them, though I barely ate anything off my plate.

I am originally from Texas and have not had crawfish boil in many years. I came to Cleveland for a business trip and much to my surprise there was a crawfish place that I could order from! I was hesitant to be excited because I’m up north so it can’t be the same right but I tell you what, I damn near cried eating this crawfish. It was perfect. I love how they had an option for spice level because I wanted to feel that heat. It’s not right unless your lips hurt for an hour after. They even included the potato and corn cob. I highly recommend this place if you want that taste of down south and if you haven’t tried it, it’s definitely an awesome new experience. Thank you Seafood Shake, you made my day!

Not what it used to be. I had to reorder my king crab because he only brought out my shrimp,corn and potatoes. The King crab was either overcooked or old. I won't be going back again.

If they clean their shrimp it's a instant 5/5. I'm from Coastal Connecticut where all the restaurants clean their shrimp. So I was surprised that I had to remove the black boo boo from 3lbs of shrimp before I eat it.
I'm Picky&A SEAFOOD LOVER... GOGGLE Them&Everything was Scrump delilicious!!!Highly Recommended.&I paid @$100. But ate for a couple of day's...LOBSTER TAIL,KING CRAB Leg's&Potatoe's etc.I never been there Before BUT GREAT FOOD...I Thought they had Milk Shake's IJS...?????????CAJUN NICEEE!!!

Oh, hell no. Terrible food. Chowder was obviously not made in house and served cold. Lobster Bisque was thin and microwaved so long it curdled and is made with Lobster flavor, no meat. Calamari was waaaay overcooked. Rubber bands dipped in fried batter. Tofu was fried on the outside and cold in the middle.This is not fresh as claimed seafood. It is obviously frozen. Quit lying to Folks!!!So disappointing. From the reviews we thought it would be decent.

I was there a week ago the bags are getting skimpy and they over cook the crab it was mushy . I brought this to thier attention but it was brushed off . The taste , flavor and quality has gone down .

They missed the Mark ‼️ They were unaware it their blues shell crabs were male or female. Server had to go several times to the back (KITCHEN)ask about menu, he didn't know how to articulate SEAFOOD STYLE or flavors. Didn't stay. Need to work on customer service and menu knowledge.

We should have known better when the place was empty when we walked in. My husband ordered a boil bag, specifically stating that he can't eat garlic. He ordered the lemon pepper sauce, which came back with garlic in it. The server then says "oh the lemon pepper also has garlic butter sauce in it." He then asks her which ones don't have garlic and she says the Cajun or sweet Cajun. Guess what, it also had garlic on it. Once the owner came back he did at least apologize and explain that all of their sauces have garlic. They need to better educate their servers.
