This place is amazing. Every time i order, i am beyond satisfied with the quality of the food. The loaded fries stay crispy with all the toppings & their ranch is top tier. The Italian sub is my go to but my husband gets the Philly and it’s his favorite. Highly recommend this place - such much pride in their work!!!

They keep giving me the wrong flavor. First I ordered wet Cajun and they gave me plain. I contacted DoorDash support about it and they were able to have it redelivered. When the new order arrived they still gave me the wrong flavor. They gave me buffalo and I asked for wet Cajun and I called to the store to make sure they would correct it and they still sent me the wrong flavor.

I went to the Cleveland Heights location to pick up two door dash orders yesterday after 7-8 pm and surprisingly they were ready for pickup and the people I delivered to was surprisingly satisfied, for once it was reported to me that something was missing out of there order, I also placed a order sense my door dash orders was ready for pickup already and I was in and out, it was a young girl working by herself it looked like because she was the only person I saw in there so it was surprising to see one person, cooking, answering the phone, ringing ppl out who is placing orders and bagging up food so quickly, my food was hot and delicious, I ordered lemon pepper wings and Cajun fries

Very nice friendly ppl, I came in to the store yesterday & there's a young girl at the register, she smiles so big, her smile is beautiful, she is absolutely a phenomenal worker, I wish she worked at my job, she's fast paste, she was cooking, answering the phone, ringing ppl up at the register and sending out door dash orders to door dashers by herself, I thought she was working the store by herself until another female came out with two ponytails in her hair, the young girl was very polite, alert, and helpful & it wasn't no wait for my food, normally there's an 15-20 minute wait, it was only like 6 minutes wait time and my food was hot and delicious, I know I come here often and this was my first time seeing the young girl but she says she is new there, I hope to continue seeing her when I come here, my receipt says the young girl name is Nae if anyone is interested in knowing for future reference.

I asked for a loaded baked potato with chicken and beef and I got beef and some type of barbeque sauce and no chicken. Where was the cheese? It was 😞 awful! All for $17.00 dollars.

My normal place was closed so decided to check them out,and let me tell you I’m so glad I did,shits so good makes you wanna slap ya momma 😜.this is the best food I ate in awhile it was seasoned perfectly,meat was amazing.i got a rice bowl with steak and chicken and it’s better than chipotle.i will definitely be a regular.

I came in today and ordered shrimp over rice. The cashier lady (who was very distracted due to police coming in looking for employee) asked if I wanted shrimp and chicken I said NO shrimp over rice nonetheless I receive my food and eagerly start eating. Once I turn the light on I see chicken in my food. I have not ate meat in over 8 years and after eating here I just did I am pissed disgusted and hoping I don’t get sick. That is not okay
