We had a very enjoyable evening, celebrating New Years at Taste. The hostess immediately sat us at a table for 2. The waitress was very attentive throughout the evening. I had the chilean sea bass which was delicious. I substituted the brussel sprouts and butternut squash for the broccolini and risotto. It was a feature on the special New Years menu. My husband had the blackened scallops from the regular menu. He said they were delicious as well. For dessert we had the lemon cheesecake, which was ok, but nothing special. T he lighting was perfect, not too bright but, soft enough to see adequately. The noise level was moderate, except for an occasional loud laugh. Well, it was New Years. There was a piano player in the front of the restaurant, where we sat ,who played throughout the evening. On occasion, it became a trifle too loud. But, we enjoyed his music, very much. Our only complaint was when someone came in or left by the front door, there was a very cold draft. We came in and left from the back, where there was a very convenient parking lot. My husband got to watch some of the OSU-Miami game. He went to OSU and I went to Miami !! Yeh Hurricanes !!

We were attending a play at Dobama theater and this is a convenient, plus nice place to dine. Plenty of selections for everyone in our party, I have celiac disease, gluten free, and they could accommodate my diet restrictions. There is no gluten free bread, so bring your own roll etc., as I do.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, the music was nice, the ambiance amazing. My woman had a great time and felt really special. Her happiness means everything to me. We will definitely be back!

The food was really good - each member of our party of six got something different and we were all very pleased with our choices. Disappointing that they do not accommodate separate checks, but otherwise a lovely evening out with friends - delicious food and cocktails.

Everything about Taste is great. The lemon pesto arincini are fantastic, not traditional Sicilian but a great twist.

Low key, perfect, and delicious. We come here every time we're in OH, this time celebrating our friends and their new baby. They were so welcoming and accommodating, one of the staff even asked the pianist to play Peanuts songs for the little guy. Everything we've ordered is 10/10, the atmosphere is warm and the staff is great. I wish I could have left with a t-shirt to represent you guys back in CO!

Great restaurant and food. Very good. Service was inattentive. Took way too long to get 2 drinks, 1 app and two entrees. Took 2 hours. Waited for check for 30 minutes. No attention for drink refills. No communication about the delays. Did even ask about desert until we asked for the check after waiting. Busy and full when we arrived but it literally cleared out. We were only table in our section and no waitstaff attention and they were 10 feet away.
Very disappointed 😞 I do not recommend ordering door dash here. I was told the portions are not very big and they don't know why the items were sold to go anyway. Smh. Traveled 20mins, plus the deserts were 12.99 a piece. Get home and see there is barely ant desert. Called and got a sarcastic condescending response.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Taste on the Eve of Halloween. Very grateful to Carla who did superb job seating us, taking our order, and checking back with us to make sure all was well. Thank you. See you again soon.

It really takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. My girlfriend and I had 6 o'clock reservations as we were seeing a movie at 7:15, and we were greeted and seated quickly. THIS IS WHERE THE GOOD SERVICE ENDED. It took over an hour and a half to get our food as we heard apology after apology about the kitchen being slow. Despite asking to be cashed out before the food arrived as we were running late, the staff stalled until our food was brought out and one of our orders was completely incorrect. My girlfriend ordered the scallops with rice pilaf and asparagus, but instead received lukewarm scallops with mixed vegetables. It was like they ran out of ingredients and just made do with what they had. We were already rushing out the door and didn't do much complaining, but I cannot recommend this place that has any expectation of good service; despite the food having potential. I will absolutely not be back.

472466. With a menu that never changes, the chefs at Taste have mastered every one of their dining choices. Their wait staff members are attentive and well-trained. A reliable neighborhood restaurant that comes through every time.

This could easily be a 4 star (possibly 5 star) restaurant if the service wasn’t so terrible. We had a reservation, but still had to wait over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Then our server basically disappeared after we ordered our food. We had to have another server find her, and even then she took forever to get us wine and our check. We had told her that we were going to a show, but she seemed to think a lot of herself, more than her customers. When she brought our bill, she didn’t leave a pen and disappeared again!
