Wow still enforcing the mask thing? What a joke. It's not a law. They wouldn't let me just pick up the food I ordered. Then they tried to sell me a .12¢ mask for $1.25, I guess to try to recoup some of the business they've lost from trying to be the mask police. Unfortunately, they will have to learn the hard way that customers and other restaurants will leave them behind.

Took 10 min from order to pickup for Donkey Kong peanut butter chocolate smoothie. Delicious and thick smoothie! They offer various handheld sandwiches too but those take at least half an hour during their busy lunch period. Very friendly woman working up front.

Special thanks to the Fix! This was my first experience with vegan food and I am in love. I ordered the Fix Vegan Melt. It is a sandwich that was perfectly prepared with roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, kale, vegan harissa cheese spread, served on Tuscan herb bread, with tomato basil dipping sauce. I am kicking myself because I did not order one of the freshly made smoothies to pair with my sandwich. The Fresh Fix of the Heights is my new go to! Their concept of fresh is absolutely genius.

The lady at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE to me about me not wearing a mask..I totally understand the mask part but the disrespectful manner is what bothered me I didn't even wanna taste the food ..this what happens when you purposely support black business

Was definitely rude over a mask. Wasn’t even my food was picking up for DoorDash and she’s talking and yelling about a mask. The mask thing isn’t the issue it’s how people talk to you. So whoever was waiting on their order had to wait a little bit longer…sorry!

You can't go wrong regardless of what you order here. Every smoothie, every sandwich I've tried is awesome. The staff is also always polite, and I appreciate that they have clear and enforced house rules on masks during the pandemic.

I am frequent customer of Fresh Fix. I order lunch for me and my mom at least once a week. I called today at 4:20 to place an order. The lady who answers tell me the grill is closed. I told her that’s fine because all I wanted was a salad. She still proceeds to tell me they cannot fill my order. At 4:20 ! They do not close until 5. That was it for me. You all have lost me as a customer . I will NEVER BE BACK !

A peculiar place indeed. I think they need a new marketing team as it is overwhelming the number of options available. Food was good. Didn't quite have that unique, great taste, but was good enough. Felt like stuff I could make at home.

Staff did not greet me as I entered. Their only concern was that I did not have a mask on and were very RUDE because I didn't have a mask. Most businesses offer a free 50 cent mask if they require one. Especially to a paying customer. But NO. They RUDELY told me I could BUY one from them and then when I declined and walked out I saw her spray the area I stood in with lysol as if I were diseased. STAFF SHOULD CONSIDER A FRIENDLIER APPROACH. ALL THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. SERVICE CAN KILL A BUSINESS NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRODUCT IS!!!
