The Haunted House Restaurant

Experience was very poor due to the fact it was suppose to be brunch with Michael Myers and friends. Michael Myers wasn't there nor friends. They only had ghost face. Which he came out twice in the two and half hours we were there. He never once came to the back corner table where we sat. We came because of him being there. My eight year old daughter is obsessed with him and last year the guy was great this year they advertise him there but DIDNT show according to server. Very disappointing and hard to explain to a child who dressed up as Michael to meet him. If something comes up they should post something to let customers know that the brunch with Michael that is advertised isn't going to be there. If that was our first time it would be our last. Very disappointing with only small menu option as well. Drinks for kids are very over priced as well. Overall the fact Michael wasn't there and was suppose to be was very misleading and disappointing especially to an 8 year old girl!

AMAZING experience! 10/10 Highly recommend. Staff was super nice especially our server Lexie, she was so nice and checked on us often. Love that they have people dressed up interacting with customers. Food was so good also from the looks to the taste fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Our first time here & was ghostly awesome!! If you love Halloween, this is your place to go to. Good & drink menus are fun & scary, haha! We'll definitely be back!!

Absolutely LOVED the vibe .... so fun - busy - The horror characters- especially Michael Myers !! The servers were extremely friendly and attentive!! Will be visiting again 😋

The restaurant was super cool and great food but the waitress almost forgot my birthday after specifically saying after she asked and wasn't overly friendly. I had to grab my lemons from her hand as she was trying to serve another table, which was off pudding

If you are going for the food ... dont. You can easily skip it . The burgers were like dry cardboard, the salmon tasted like tuna and the tacos were mediocre at best. I booked a reseervation for a booth. ( for 5 people we live an hour away) The service is terrible . While the waitress was nice and smiled she was not attentive !! .( im pretty sure we were over charged on our bill. I didnt get one printed and just wanted to get out of there!! after leaving and doing the math somehow the bill was $30 more then it was supposed to be !!!) I work in the restuarant industry and have been a server for over 20 yrs. I know how busy it gets and alot goes on behind the scenes that guests dont see. I always keep that in mind when and if I dine out which is rare. Also it seems there is a birthday or anniversary every 15 mins ( they do a little something extra ) while taking all that in consideration ( they were not busy half the restuarant was empty ) the service could be alot better! When your seated at least aknowledge your table and take a drink order! I shouldn't have to get up to get silverware , ketchup , extra napkins and even to go boxes!!! However if your going to take pictures and for an experience with the actors you may wanna stop in . Michael Myers will stop by your table even sit for photos , so will jason and a killer clown. We seen Michael Myers more then our server. The decor is cool and they put on a tiny performance for special occasions. I have been here twice . First time I had a better experience. We sat at the bar . Def wont be back .

The best restaurant we’ve been to! Loads of fun for adults, teenagers and children! If you’re a horror movie fanatic this is the place for you. My family and I are from Buffalo NY and this place has been on top of our list for years now! We are also food bloggers and are on TikTok, Instagram, and facebook and we will be featuring this wonderful establishment on our social media platforms. Also I must say that it our waitress Caity J was fantastic! She made us feel right at home❤️

If you're in Cleveland and love horror movies I highly recommend this restaurant! Our server Cayla was great and the actors added so much to the experience.

Omg this place is amazing! The margaritas were amazing as well as the pasta. All of the actors were on point.

Cayla (with a C)- Girl you had our back! It was our first time at the restaurant. We came in with a large party and a toddler who wasn’t sure about Michael Myers. All the staff was extremely helpful and created a haunted atmosphere. The theme is why we came, the food and staff is why we will return!

We drove from upstate NY to have dinner and celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. The atmosphere is awesome. Our Server (Cayla) was great and the characters were constantly out and about. My daughter loved every minute. She really got a kick out of Michael Myers are wrestling her dad. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be stopping for dinner again.
