The Haunted House Restaurant

If you are going for the food ... dont. You can easily skip it . The burgers were like dry cardboard, the salmon tasted like tuna and the tacos were mediocre at best. I booked a reseervation for a booth. ( for 5 people we live an hour away) The service is terrible . While the waitress was nice and smiled she was not attentive !! .( im pretty sure we were over charged on our bill. I didnt get one printed and just wanted to get out of there!! after leaving and doing the math somehow the bill was $30 more then it was supposed to be !!!) I work in the restuarant industry and have been a server for over 20 yrs. I know how busy it gets and alot goes on behind the scenes that guests dont see. I always keep that in mind when and if I dine out which is rare. Also it seems there is a birthday or anniversary every 15 mins ( they do a little something extra ) while taking all that in consideration ( they were not busy half the restuarant was empty ) the service could be alot better! When your seated at least aknowledge your table and take a drink order! I shouldn't have to get up to get silverware , ketchup , extra napkins and even to go boxes!!! However if your going to take pictures and for an experience with the actors you may wanna stop in . Michael Myers will stop by your table even sit for photos , so will jason and a killer clown. We seen Michael Myers more then our server. The decor is cool and they put on a tiny performance for special occasions. I have been here twice . First time I had a better experience. We sat at the bar . Def wont be back .

The best restaurant we’ve been to! Loads of fun for adults, teenagers and children! If you’re a horror movie fanatic this is the place for you. My family and I are from Buffalo NY and this place has been on top of our list for years now! We are also food bloggers and are on TikTok, Instagram, and facebook and we will be featuring this wonderful establishment on our social media platforms. Also I must say that it our waitress Caity J was fantastic! She made us feel right at home❤️

If you're in Cleveland and love horror movies I highly recommend this restaurant! Our server Cayla was great and the actors added so much to the experience.

Omg this place is amazing! The margaritas were amazing as well as the pasta. All of the actors were on point.

Cayla (with a C)- Girl you had our back! It was our first time at the restaurant. We came in with a large party and a toddler who wasn’t sure about Michael Myers. All the staff was extremely helpful and created a haunted atmosphere. The theme is why we came, the food and staff is why we will return!

We drove from upstate NY to have dinner and celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. The atmosphere is awesome. Our Server (Cayla) was great and the characters were constantly out and about. My daughter loved every minute. She really got a kick out of Michael Myers are wrestling her dad. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be stopping for dinner again.

It was a fun experience I recommend that you at least go once , we had fun. We laughed the whole time the food was served fast and hot !!! For sure had a blast our server Ariana was awesome she rocked it ,,, the atmosphere and vibes were lit 🔥

Was very excited to visit this restaurant for the first time. We drove 3 hours from west virginia, expecting to see "scary movie" or "haunted house" themed characters. We were sadly disappointed that the only character we got to see was the grinch, even though we made reservations a few weeks ahead of time to see Michael Myers and friends. I understand that Christmas is only a few days away, but the website says Halloween all year round and shows all the scary characters we were led to believe we would see. The grinch was still fun and entertaining, but the last thing we expected to see there lol. We are big fans of scary movies, so it was a bit of a let down. We mainly visited for the entertainment and experience. We were there for brunch. Not much to pick from and a bit overpriced , but decent. Service was great. Not sure if we will get a chance to make it back to that area to have a haunting experience we had hoped for.

Came from North Carolina to visit this place and was disappointed. Came to get the experience and it wasn’t that great. They played Christmas music in a Horror themed restaurant. Asked if they could change it and they played regular music. The food had NO presentation on the plate, just looked as if someone plated it at home. Food needed more seasoning and taste. They only had two characters walking around that were not scary. Probably will not be back to this place.
