Not great. Food was bland. Service was not bad. Atmosphere was incredibly loud. I understand the guise of it all, but it quite annoying

First time I’ve ever been ripped off at a restaurant. The idea decor and themed food is a great idea. We really enjoyed the experience. Food is not great, $38 for a drink is insane, and I didn’t even get my drink or Brussel sprouts I ordered-but it was a good time…until the bill came and an 18% tip was snuck in making my 174 bill 215 then I tipped 20% ontop of it not knowing, then waitress falsely “refunded” the tip adding another $5- making my bill 250 for 3 waffles, 2 fries and a three drinks! The full amount cleared in my bank and when asked AGAIN to void, the manager gave me a receipt saying it was refunded. A month later it was not. I emailed management several times and they have again been made aware of the fraudulent charge and ignored it. A 70 dollar tip on a174 bill for waffles and bad service without permission is bs. So, no I filed a fraud charge with my bank since their waitresses feel entitled to charge peoples cards what they want and management pretends to refund mistake charges. Beware

Atmosphere is what I expected, but the food and service was terrible and extremely overpriced. 2 drinks and an order of nachos and an order of mozzarella sticks, which consisted of 4 laid on a dab of marinara sauce was $70.00. Outrageous!

It was fantastic, the decorations, food, costumes, music, dancing by the staff. Loved the drink that looks like a cauldron. It was yummy but huge! Not easy for one person to drink fyi. Will be going again!

My server was amazing!!! Happy Mother's Day to her! She was sweet, kind , and made sure Aaron son was taking care of! Definitely want her to serve me again and again !!! Food was delicious as usual 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾

This place was awesome! Tori was our amazing bartender! The staff was great with all the costumes and acting! The food was amazing. Best mozzarella sticks we ever had.

The food was okay, however service was great. The atmosphere is phenomenal if you are an avid Halloween lover. We booked “Brunch with Michael and Friends” was very disappointed no Michael and no other characters were there as promised with the reservation. My 5 year old asked our waitress where they were, to which we were told “they were supposed to be here but didn’t show up.”
