The food tasted terrible. The one single strawberry I was alloted for my large waffle was partially brown. The waffle was not tolerable without the strawberry. The food cost too much for what it was, especially since they were going to charge me extra for another strawberry. The atmosphere was loud and odorous. There was a man Air painting near the tables. The paper towel dispenser was broke in the men's bathroom and the hand soap broken in the ladies.I would NEVER suggest anyone go to this restaurant. Everything here was sub-par.

We had an awesome experience, food was great (waffles), zero wait time, staff was helpful and friendly. Girlfriend loved her bubbly drink bowl thing. Best part is the horror theme of course, we loved it as we’re massive horror fans, we will definitely be back.

Finally, I was able to check this place out... They have done an excellent job with the decor, loved the murals of horror- and very well done. The vibe is so fun and interactive, I was not disappointed. We sat at the bar, and our service was GREAT! Unfortunately, we had to witness a Karen giving the staff a hard time. The Manager, that stepped in to handle the situation did so with patience and understanding that was impressive! The servers were personable and attentive. The drinks were fun, delicious, and strong! The food was good, but we were there on a crazy busy night, and I think we were just not experiencing their kitchen at it's best. However, we do plan on trying them out again soon!!

We drove an hour out of our way to eat there. We looked on the website and there were two closing times listed so I called and spoke to someone and they told me they closed at 9. She repeated it to me and I asked again, again she confirmed it was 9. We got there at 7:45 and all the doors were locked. I found one open I thought was correct. They informed me it wasn't. They told me the entrance was on down. I told them it was locked and they then informed me they were closed. I asked what time they closed and she said 8. Mind you it wasn't even 8 yet. I told them I called and was told 9. They just looked at me like I grew two heads. They didn't apologize, didn't offer any kind of help. I called to speak to a manager and couldn't reach anyone. They wouldn't answer the phones.

We came from out of town to visit this place, it was surreal. The owners and managers went above and beyond to make our night special and set up a marriage proposal. The crew was INCREDIBLE, the atmosphere was off the chain. The food? Dear Lord the food was AWESOME. We look forward to coming back and visiting this special place so many more times to come. 5 stars is not enough.

This place was amazing! I went on April 5th for my birthday, and it was a great experience! They had people swarm my table with purge masks and had the sirens and then it transitioned into a birthday song. The food was amazing and my waitress was really nice!

This was my second time here, and overall, the food got better, but the service got worse. It wasn't absolutely horrible since we were there for a birthday party but that's only if you don't mind waiting. Make sure you have your party together before checking in as they will not seat you at all, even if one person is running late. I'm giving 4 stars because the food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was fun and engaging. Service definitely should be better.
