Today is my best friend's birthday. I ordered a gift card for him online. To my chagrin, the order duplicated my billing address instead of the friend I wanted it shipped to. I called at an ungodly hour, 8:30am (nearly 4 hours before opening), and Tim answered the phone. He promptly troubleshooted for me. He took down my name and number, and had the office manager follow up to fix the issue within hours. Stephanie Gruber delivered.
This is a place that will feed you right and take care of you. Respect is earned, and Tommy's has all of mine.
