The staff do not know the menu. Once ordered the taco salad from Wendys in South Euclid, and called to ask what constitutes a taco salad. The manager quoted what was advertised online. I had a regular salad (no taco salad) and asked my husband to take it right back. The Mgr said he would inform the staff. A taco salad should have chili, I thought.
