Ordered two cups of coffee at the drive thru. Just two cups of XL hot coffee with one sugar. Person taking the order could not seem to understand the order, rang it up incorrectly, had to have it corrected. Got my coffees and there is more sugar than coffee. Simple stop for a cup of dunks was a complete failure.

The merge lane is a killer if nobody wants to participate correctly. Used the app to place an order and was out of what I asked for. So waiting again for a new coffe defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. Staff was friendly. They made me a new coffee and set it on a shelf and we just looked at it for 5 minutes while we waited for someone to hand it to us.
i’m a regular here so i’m here OFTEN. pretty much been going since they’ve been open. gotta say i don’t think i’ve ever really had a bad experience. food is always fresh and i’m always greeted with a smile. Evan is also an amazing worker! and always makes my day when i see him. compared to any dunkin’ donuts i’ve been to i’ve got to say this one is by far the best!

I ordered a coffee this morning on the app for asap pickup inside I stood there for 10 minutes before wven being greeted and seen my cup with my name just sitting there not made yet I asked for oat milk because I am allergic to dairy and was given whole milk and did not realize until I got to work. The person working and making the coffee was named John
