Absolutely terrible service and my drink had a slit in the side which I was not aware until I left and picked it up to take a drink, then it started spraying all over inside of my car and me. Took it right back and no apology just yeah that happens sometimes. It even got into the charging port of my cell phone.

I got my usual Frozen Coffee and it's always been good. But this last one today tasted like acidic dookie. Definitely not coming back. People are great! I just don't like my coffee to be nasty.

Not one of the 6 employees acknowledged us even though my husband made eye contact with each person. The electronic ordering menu did not have items that were actually shown in the case. Not one person said hi or will be right with you. We will never stop here again. Y'all need major customer service training!!!!

Ordered two cups of coffee at the drive thru. Just two cups of XL hot coffee with one sugar. Person taking the order could not seem to understand the order, rang it up incorrectly, had to have it corrected. Got my coffees and there is more sugar than coffee. Simple stop for a cup of dunks was a complete failure.

The merge lane is a killer if nobody wants to participate correctly. Used the app to place an order and was out of what I asked for. So waiting again for a new coffe defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. Staff was friendly. They made me a new coffee and set it on a shelf and we just looked at it for 5 minutes while we waited for someone to hand it to us.
