Ordered assorted donuts and they gave me plain donuts! I don't appreciate hearing them giggle while picking out crappy donuts with NO ICING OR ANYTHING! NOT FUNNY! Overpriced for plain donuts that I could've picked up at Miller's for half the price. DO BETTER!

I got charged twice for the same order and when I told them they tried to handle me both orders. Also it's incredible how eggs, cheese, bacon and sourdough can be made without taste but these guys pulled it off. Parked, walked in and threw away. I'll stick to McDonalds.

Absolutely terrible service and my drink had a slit in the side which I was not aware until I left and picked it up to take a drink, then it started spraying all over inside of my car and me. Took it right back and no apology just yeah that happens sometimes. It even got into the charging port of my cell phone.

I got my usual Frozen Coffee and it's always been good. But this last one today tasted like acidic dookie. Definitely not coming back. People are great! I just don't like my coffee to be nasty.

Not one of the 6 employees acknowledged us even though my husband made eye contact with each person. The electronic ordering menu did not have items that were actually shown in the case. Not one person said hi or will be right with you. We will never stop here again. Y'all need major customer service training!!!!

I wish they would warm up the bacon when asked. Two separate times they didnt after requesting. But they also dont bother to mention anything and you get it cold.
