I have been here quite a few times. The drive Thursday line seems to always be long.A few times I have been there, they have forgotten to hand me part of my order.Plus I have never had a good experience with their food.
The merge lane is a killer if nobody wants to participate correctly. Used the app to place an order and was out of what I asked for. So waiting again for a new coffe defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. Staff was friendly. They made me a new coffee and set it on a shelf and we just looked at it for 5 minutes while we waited for someone to hand it to us.
