I have been ordering from. Marcos for years I moved here from Maumee. I find it real interesting. That if you want to order between 9:45 and close that the pick up time magically goes from 15 - 25 mins to an hour on a Tuesday night school night. this location is very inconsistent. I won't be ordering from there as long as I live here.i order from marcos on a regular basis. The service in this town is horrible

I ordered my food online and signed up for notifications to my email. I received an email that the pizza had started and was expected today. Website said it would take 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. I waited 30 minutes and never received an email that it was completed. I don’t understand. Email notifications are supposed to let you know when to pick up the order. Finally, I left to go pick up the food and it had been sitting there For quite some time and was not fresh. They asked the lady who took my money if I was supposed to receive a notification or was I just supposed to show up in 20 -25minutes and she said that most people just show up after 20 to 25 minutes and I asked her what’s the point of receiving notifications if they don’t tell you when it’s done and she said she doesn’t know how the new system works and told me that it’s still hot and I said it’s been sitting there for at least 20 minutes then right And she insisted it was still hot, but it was not The cinnasquares definitely don’t look like the picture. They are bland and flavorless. Where is Marco‘s experience of any Marcos I’ve ever been to and one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

I’ve order from this Marcos over 20 years. I’ve never had bad food from the Clyde location. Today we order a small pepperoni pizza jam and cheese and a chicken club. The food was suppose to be done by 11:30am. I didn’t get the order till 11:45, subs had no toppings and burnt. Pizza was paper thin and tasted gross.

They are always so friendly. My 10 yr old went in to get the pizza, and a young worker came out with him to hold the door and even opened the car door for him. The pizza is always tasty.

Tiny space but quick on the turn around times to get people out. Not quite wide enough tfor 2 people to pass shoulder to shoulder. Friendly staffing and hot food.
