They mess orders up. When you complain they offer to fix on your next visit. Then they don’t honor it.

Not even worth a star, been at this clyde oh. Location twice 4 months apart and was completely ignored at the counter. The staff just looked at me never said a word. After 5 minutes walked out both times. Tables and floors behind me had leftover food on them and the floor was sticky. I will never give that tacobell my service ever again. Hope they shut it down and put in a burger King

Terrible service, the food looks like someone threw it together and then punched or stepped on it. 3 different workers kept asking ever 10-15 seconds if I needed help and tried to rush me through the line despite being the only one there. I will not be returning and will be informing my coworkers of the terrible service. I went around 2:45pm. Wendys is right next door and has always treated me better than this.

Was very rushed. I appreciate the offer for help, but not when it's every couple of seconds after I just pulled up to the speaker. Within 15 seconds of me looking at the menu I got asked if I needed help 4 different times. Not allowing me time to look at the menu.

The food was good, surprisingly it wasn't cold. I waited for them to call my order/ name and they hadn't done that. My order was on the counter and all the employees was laughing in the back. Could do better, I was waiting for them to mention something about my order

All reviews are accurate unfortunately. Bad experience myself first and last time ever coming here. Lady had a attitude. Stood there for 5+ minutes it felt like waiting for someone to take my order or acknowledge me.lady with an attitude said I needed to pay on self check out. Maybe I don't want to and Want to pay cash. Gave attitude back and left saying that's fine, I'll go across the street to wendys. Extremely rude and sounds like they refuse to work the cash registers and make everyone do it them selves. Can't pay cash either

Cinnabon ICED coffee was watered down and there was a few cubes of ice! Not good at all! Using HOT coffee to make iced coffee does not work! It makes it watered down! And ordered 10 sauce packets and didn't even get 1!!

I ordered a chicken wrap and a Lux craving box. When I got home there was only the chicken wrap. Charged me 15 dollars I didn't even get my food. The order was correct on the screen when I called up there yhey want to lie about it
