Everyone I've ever spoken to, including myself, has had dreadful experiences with the people who work here. I've never seen management so disorganized and immature. It's a shame that nepotism is running this store into the ground, and that the family running it just keeps covering for each other.

These workers here are absolutely horrible and disgusting. I can’t understand how they can be so miserable especially when they have a decent job and get to make some money!!!! Can’t figure out why each crew member comes to work every shift they’re scheduled for just to be miserable and to make the customers uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Not only are the workers on each shift horrible at customer service or just being alive, but the food and no matter what you buy they do whatever they can just to make it sloppy and barely wrap the paper correctly heck they refuse to even put the lid on your drink.

Stopped in for Cantina chicken power bowl. Always delicious.
I do not frequent this establishment as a customer very much. But the customer treatment I witnessed today was far from even good. A customer was concerned about their order that was supposed to be there, but was not. And the multiple excuses for why their order was not there, all conflicted - which means someone probably made a mistake and tried to cover it up.
For future reference: What this establishment should have done was looked at what the order was and remade (or made - it's hard to tell what happened) it for the customer.
Unfortunately there was nothing I could do for the customer. If I had the money to spare, I would have ordered the exact same items, paid for them, and delivered them to the customer. I felt very bad for the customer.
The items were also already paid for.
