Giovanni’s in coal grove let us have our small baby shower there, they were so helpful and super nice to everyone! They even let us have decorations and gave us cups of ice, plates, and even let us decorate! I can’t thank all of the workers there enough! You all are wonderful, our baby shower turned out to be amazing! & the pizzas were so good! We will definitely be coming back if we need to have another small party! ???
For the most part, this is the best pizza around. Seems lkkenhere lately the pizzas are coming out slightly undercooked. Management has always made it right. You just have to call and make them aware of any issues, and they will handle it.

Placed a Togo order took almost an hour and a half, got my food, the food was wrong, called back, manager was going to replace it. Took over 45 minutes to get the replacement. They were very rude. Doesn’t care about customer service or customer time. Will use any other one but this one.

The Coal Grove Giovanni’s is the best one. Even after moving away and having another Giovanni’s a couple blocks away from me, I still drive over to get food from Coal Grove. The owner is a very good man and he does a lot for the local school and athletics, frequently feeding kids for free. Please be sure to support them whenever possible!I would be remiss if I didn’t say - no Giovanni’s has breadsticks with cheese better than Coal Grove Giovanni’s, guaranteed.
Best Giovanni's in Lawrence County! Had my first dine-in experience here today and the food was high quality, hot, and served within a reasonable timeframe. Definitely would recommend it to others. Thank you to the staff!
They burnt my cheese bread I ordered from there then when I called them about it after I ate some they said I have to bring the whole thing back in to have it replaced and if I didn't that there isn't anything they can do about it so don't go here to eat it's terrible customer service
