It never fails that when I come here, I am shorted food. Today I got a 10 piece combo with a large fry and a large fry on the side. Only to get home and find 2 half filled large fry boxes. I was also missing a nugget which really isn’t the big concern in the situation. I know they added scales inside of that store that weighs the food to make sure it’s correct so I’m confused on how food is always being put out short. I have pictures that I would post here, but I don’t think you can.

Very friendly staff especially love shaggy more than my mom, and my stupid brother. Very cool employees they can do voice impressions and not just shaggy. There was another guy who could do Kermit the frog overall very fun experience and it consisted of exquisite food, dining in, and friendly and kind staff. I would recommend this to all ages 1-100 if you under 1 or over 100 it’s kind of swing or miss on if you’d like it, but who am I kidding you’ll love it.

I was told today, not for the first time, that you no longer use the vanilla frosty cream in your cold brew coffees. I was told you only offer the new foam or half & half as a coffee option. The last few times I have ordered a cold brew, you did not even add the chocolate or carmel. I see you also charge extra for the half & half. You need to edit your menu, if you no longer offer the mocha or carmel. This is just a plain iced coffee that is not worth the price asked. I'm going to McDs.

5/28 ab 10:30pm I ordered a simple order, guy at window interrupting me to ask for what I’m currently asking about. Didn’t get what I ordered or any of the extras after being asked my choice 4 times. Then to make it a complete customer experience they were unable to void my payment. Thanks Wendy’s.

I ordered the new Cajun crunch chicken sandwich and it was the size of a chicken nugget and on a plain bun no anything on it complete disappointment when I got to my location to eat!! Maybe some retraining at Coal Grove Ohio Wendy’s

Maybe this rating is more towards the Wendy's corporate instead of this location itself. It was brought to my attention that the $1 drinks does not include my beverage of choice ice maybe a healthier option half & half ice tea ( tea, tap water with sugar or without) nope that beverage is full price but; the deal well it is only for Coke Cola & their family of fountain drinks ( carbonated liquid , sugary syrup with a laundry list of ingredients that are probably banned in other countries) that makes it taste so good. I took the Coke instead of tea so their marketing campaign worked out well. Congratulations

Everytime I go here they forget at least 1 thing from the order, or the employees are rude. Rudest workers ever, they dont say anything to you most of the time or act like its an annoyance to get business. Theres one nice person there. Went there and had to tell them I was getting a regular coke two times, and they even clarified it with me then had the audacity to give me sprite. The workers were joking very loudly and acting like it was someones garage rather than a wendys. Worst wendys in the tristate, by far.
