Mariachi’s Mexican Restaurant in Coldwater, Ohio serves scrumptious food with amazing service in an authentic atmosphere . First, the food is cooked fresh and delivered to your table. The food serving sizes are big and enough to fill you up, and have left overs. When you sit down you get chips and the best salsa you have ever had. The food has unique flavor, and the menu is endless. The food is all real and not filled with chemicals like other restaurants. After your food, you are hit with a cheap price for you tasty meal. Lets talk about the service. When you walk in there is someone trying to bring you to your seat. After that, he/she spawns menus from the abyss and then hands them to you. You also get your food quickly. If you are also out of town, the staff also speaks Spanish. On top of all that, the waiter treats you like a best friend. Finally, there is the restaurant itself. It is in an easily accessible location. Filled with traditional music and wallpaper. Never loud or busy, and the seats are comfortable for long trips. Mariachi’s is authentic.

I got soup for my refried beans my food was burnt taste like they just took off of a grill ate here plenty of times usually get the same thing who ever they have cooking on mother's day needs to b fired worst burnt food I ever had could even finish it but yet still had to pay the $18 for the meal very disappointing

Very disappointed as we were told their food was great and were super excited to try it. We never got to try it due to it taking over an hour. When we asked about our food, our waiter told us ten minutes. Since it was taking so long and we had our baby and toddler who were getting fussy, we asked them to put our food in to go boxes. We waited and then the next time he came back, he said ten minutes again. At this point it had been over an hour since we ordered(I think he must’ve forgotten to put our order in or it got overlooked, as other people that came in after us and at the same time as us were eating and some even almost finished with their food) we asked to cancel our order and pay for our drinks. They got upset with us for this and rushed our food out after we asked to cancel, and didn’t even have them in to go boxes or ready to go at all. At this point my baby was crying, I was crying, and we just wanted to leave. It was a very disappointing experience. I understand being busy, but when the waiter didn’t give us our booster for our toddler, never asked how we were doing or if we needed more drinks, and took almost twenty minutes to even take our order, I was really upset. The whole experience was just disappointing.

We asked for more napkins and never received them. We also asked for a booster for our daughter and never received it. After being there for 45 minutes and not receiving our food and not having our waiter check on us we stopped him to ask and were told 10 minutes. Well another 10 minutes goes by and nothing yet. We told them we wanted to cancel our order in which they said we couldn’t. We told them that we didn’t want it. The manager came to speak with us and as he was doing so they tried to bring us our food. It had been over an hour at this point. The waiter looked frustrated when we told him we didn’t want it when he didn’t check on us once, ask about refills, or even apologize for the wait. Won’t be returning.
