Today I went to my local store.. I ordered my food, paid, and was waiting at the window for my order, they handed me my drinks, one of which was wrong, it was supposed to be only ice, but instead was water with hardly any ice. then I get home to find out the food I ordered for my kids was supposed to have hotcakes with it, but they didnt put it on the order slip as such so no hotcakes. I was very disappointed. they weren't busy when I ordered but was getting busy when I left....read full review
Just stopped at this McDonald’s. Went through the drive through, took about 20 minutes to get our food. When we did, it was all wrong. Went back in and they exchanged it for the right food but it was all cold and very poor quality. No one apologized and beside remaking the food, nothing was done to make it right. There were many people there complaining of the same thing and I saw lots of food being thrown away. Almost everyone had some issue with their food. I’ve worked...read full review
