Had dinner there last night
Waitress never stopped to tell us why our food was taking over 45 minutes to get and tables that were seated after us were already eating..tables of 4 while there was just 2 of us.
No drink refills
Extremely poor service
Food when it finally came was ok
Could have gone to Olive Garden gotten faster service and same quality food.
Very loud inside...hard to have conversation...while waiting for food.

I went there for my first time few months ago. My girlfriend and her parents. I thought everything was slightly expensive for The taste of everything. I got eight burger and it was a huge Burger but didn't taste that good and the fries seemed old or old oil. My girlfriend had some kind of pasta dish and she'd in it like it and I ate it at home and it was okay. Her mom had. I believe it was. It was sausage and red sauce spaghetti. She didn't like it. I thought it was probably better than the white sauce noodle dish that my girlfriend had. And my girlfriend seen somebody having a pizza. So just now a week ago about we decided to order pizza and she got a sub $15 sub that has four big meatballs. Like maybe three quarters of a foot for $15. And $20 something dollars. Just a pepperoni pizza that tasted like a day old. So yeah we were still way disappointed we will not be back and we're just literally half a mile away. We go past there almost everyday and so disappointed nobody could cook there. The food is bad. And the inside looked cheesy. Like it's so outdated. Had their food twice and we were disappointed twice. Need better chefs that can cook. I had a lot of pizza and I always tell people you can't really mess up pizza. This was pretty bad. Like just got it. It's hot like hot hot half a mile ride home and the cheese settled. It seemed like it was a day old. Like they cooked it yesterday and just threw it back in the oven. I don't know how they have a Business. So disappointed, we thought we might have a nice place to eat around the corner and they can't make food that tastes good. They charge a lot for bad food. They charge me $25 for a day-old pizza. At least that's what it. It seemed like. It wasn't cheesy, the cheese was like a day old like it was tough. $15 for not even a foot meatball sandwich. Granted it was pretty good but not $15 over price of food when the food is not that good

Hate doing this but maybe the owners will see my family and I have been coming here for 18 years ,ive brought business clients in family from out of town etc. And never have I been disappointed. Today my wife and I went in at 3pm only people at all in the place. Waitress/bartender awesome can't remember her name .But I order veal dinner wife got Alfredo I ordered an old fashioned wife had wine .Absolutely disappointed in food the veal was so tough had to really cut into it i moved the huge mound of cheese off of it and it was burnt and dry the salad I got with me had rotten lettuce all thru it .Wife's meal was fine I dont fuss or make a scene we like early dinners at places because I'm a veteran with ptsd and dont 3njoy large crowds also we love your place and food so no fuss then I ordered another old fashion and the Waitress/bartender told me she had no way of getting the bulliet bourbon out of the office smh I get the business but we were the Absolutely only people in there first time ever being upset for 100 dollar lunch with my wife .Sorry 5o make post but sometimes feedback is needed we have been coming here for 18 years live 2 streets down in plum creek hope we will get better food next time standards seem down

Way above average ribs, they have cavatelli (my favorite pasta) and the meatballs are fresh companion for anything on the menu. Not to mention, the house Cab was to my liking!

Was excited to try and was disappointed crust was dry, hard and bland and did not care for sauce either.

Stopped in for lunch at Barbarino’s, and was shocked by what we witnessed. My husband saw an employee use the restroom and leave without washing their hands. When he informed the manager, the response was that the employee would “wash at the dishwashing station”—completely unacceptable and in violation of Ohio health code (OAC § 3717-1-06.2(C)), which requires handwashing after restroom use at a designated sink.

The place was also visibly dirty—sticky tables, dirty floors, and a general sense of neglect. If this is what’s visible, I can’t imagine what’s happening behind the scenes. We won’t be back.

The service seemed a little slow on this Friday night especially the drinks. The restaurant was only about ½ full. But we were not in a huge hurry, so it didn't happen to be a problem for us.

I had the chicken parm, the wife had the salmon special. Both dishes were good. I had a taste of the salmon and it was flavorful and tender. It came with rice pilaf.
The chicken parm had nice big piece of chicken which was tender and juicy, not at all dry. It came with a side of pasta.
We would give this place another try if we were in the area.

First of all are waitress was fantastic Shayna service was outstanding The atmosphere wonderful The pizza the best I've ever had even if I was in Italy I would still rate it number one Great experience all around

I had heard that this place was really good, so we finally made our way over to try them out. I have to say I'm sorry I hadn't come sooner. The food was absolutely top-notch, which is a shout out to the kitchen (damn those guys whipped up some tasty meals), along with the service. I'm hoping that next time I'm back, they will have the crab rangoon flatbread pizza again, as it was a SPECIAL. It was one of the tastiest things I have ever eaten. The Hungarian hot stuffed peppers and the angel hair ala vodka were just superb. Highly recommend checking them out.

Shaina the bartender is fantastic!!! She is running like crazy to make sure every drink comes out in minutes but can hold a conversation and is super friendly!
And the pizza is THE best pizza I have EVER had! Toppings are fresh and covered end to end. Cooked to perfection!!!
Bar and restaurant is super clean! Couldn’t find a fault anywhere.
Update…Gianna is another bartender who is super focused and knowledgeable. She spends time with each guest but make sure every drink comes out on time. Love this place!!!

Last time I went there it was a”wing night.”I ordered a drink and an order of wings. After an hours and 20 minutes I had to walk to the counter and asked where my wings were. The excuse the told me was they were so busy serving wings it took time. There was only about 3 other customers in the place. I told them on a wing night they should be prepared to have wings prepped and ready. I know they just forgot to place my order. I paid for my beverages and walked out. They never apologized. I will never back. I can’t rate food that was never served.
