I needed coffee after a medical procedure. Arby's in Columbiana ohio is on our way home. This one doesn't serve breakfast, coffee or onion rings. Seriously upset and went to Burger King to get what I needed. What's with this Arby's? Very disappointing with this one store. We did buy a small fry and it was 10:45 and the fries were COLD.

I love the food but... The lady taking orders needs to brush up on customer service. We all have bad days but theres no need to be rude or have attitude with the people ordering when they are are in no way being mean or rude themselves.

Just picked up sandwich which was supposed to be a return. Got home and the sandwich was a turkey with stale bread. Last time we will patronize this restaurant!!
