Won't answer the phone and the whopper had no Mayo or ketchup and the bun was not toasted, so nasty, couldn't eat anything

Messed up all of our food. The fries and onion rings were cold, the sandwiches were all messed up (not sure if a regular chicken sandwich should have pickled onions and cheese when it usually comes with mayo and lettuce.) no ice, waited almost thirty minutes for food. General concensous, most certainly didn’t have it my way. Would give 0 stars if I could.

They won't answer the phone so I guess I'll complain here! They didn't give my children their burger and threw their apple juice in their bag with their that we didn't even need because they got sodas! And you made what food you did give them cold and wet! This is like the 3rd time for shitty service! And we drive 15 minutes from home to get there just to get back and this happen! Do better!

Complete joke. The manager, Colene, has no idea how to be a manager. She forgot half of my order, didn't check and see that my order gone through, wanted to argue that there was no order. She sat by the register talking with someone and never once came up to say that they had got the order. She then wanted to argue that the order was promptly ready. Complete joke by the company to employ someone so incompetent and arrogant joke of an employee

I called to see if they still had the fire chicken fries. Whoever answered said they still had a ton of them and if I stopped by they would make some for me. These are the only thing I like from burger and was so happy that they had some! Thank you very much for the wonderful service. I went and they cooked em fresh, hot and spicy! Great experience.

Walked in, waited 30 minutes for food. The whole order was wrong and was not refunded for drink substitutions because the shake machine was out of service. Fries had zero salt on them and were gross and cold. Burgers were made wrong and cold. Our food sat there for a while before even given to us. Worker took wrongly made food back over the counter. Employees arguing infront of customers, and not even acknowledging/ responding to people standing in the lobby.

This location is seldom open during business hours. It's really a waste of time to visit, certainly do not place mobile orders as this is the 3rd time employees dont answer the drivethrough and offer you a refund in 7 days.

Waited over 30 minutes for food, this isn't the first time this has happened. When I walked inside after waiting on my food my bag was sitting there getting cold. Horrible service. There was a very kind young lady upfront who helped me. Thankful for her. Don't recommend this place.

We had a large order for the dealership at the last minute, and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Made our order quickly as possible with no issues. Thank you!
