Went to the drive thru and asked if they still had a certain item on the menu, I asked for the brownie delight with the brownie and the ice cream and hot fudge in the dish etc, I got told they no longer had that so I got something else, pulled up to the window to see a worker making exactly what I wanted which was annoying because that’s why I went there in the first place to get it, they then handed me my blizzard which was a complete melted disaster and overfilled to where I couldn’t even eat it and had half of it all over me by the time I got home and had to dump it into a regular bowl and have ice cream soup.

They’re just a bunch of entry level workers who make Dairy Queen. They were nice about it, there were minor hiccups like over frying the chicken tenders but they fixed it and made a delicious burger.

This is probably the first place I’ve felt inclined to give a rating too. Always awesome and kind workers, great food, always clean, this reasturant is really holding up the bar compared to the area. Please, PLEASE hold onto this, even if its just a fast food place, it genuinely makes peoples day better to have a simple kind interaction with people. Appreciate what yall do 🙏

Tom is the kindest man!
Not only was he jovial, he explained everything that typically comes on the food and confirmed if that was ok. He delivered our food to our table with a smile on his face. He was generous with the sauce for our cheese curds. He made sure that everything was satisfactory.
Dairy Queen food is pretty consistent among locations, but we will be back to Columbiana just because Tom is so awesome!
The owner of the columbiana dairy queen, repeatedly harassed my comment back and forth for probably 30 minutes on facebook.What business owner does that ? They have totally lost my business.And I know they own multiple locations.And I will not frequent any of them. All over, thinking the ice cream cones were very small .. I would have hoped they would have private message me with their comments. But instead they continue to instigate a argument.. I will support other businesses that don't have corporate comments about them. I just feel it's a very sad day, that's someone that owns multiple locations. could be that miserable..
