This location is not consistent. When you are paying 4 dollars for a glorified coffee you should damn well get what you order. Charging a dollar extra for cold foam and substitute whip cream is absurd. We frequent this establishment twice a day to the to tune of about 200 a month , management Needs to take control and realize people are tired of getting screwed. Don't hesitate, there is another location 8 minutes north in North Lima .

Ordered a dozen donuts. They gave it away to someone else. They would not give me my order. And I put in a complaint through the app. Dunkin won't give me my money or my order!

I love their frozen chocolate drinks. They are yummy. Haven't really had anything else besides their donuts & that drink to say how anything else tastes. I will say the prices for their food items are a tad expensive which I suppose is part of the reason I haven't ventured much past the drink & donuts. :)
Parking: This location has a drive thru & it shares a parking lot with the service station, its not a separate building but it is a separate business with no entrance into or out of said service Station. Handicapped parking spaces out front of the building for convenience :)
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly, kind of a small interior of the building for this dunkin location.

Everytime I get doughnuts they just toss them in a bag and it's just a mess. When you get three on or doughnuts it should go in a box.
Pulled in one day and had 6 cars in front of me in drive through the line went fairly quick as I was pulling away I heard the manager tell the employees good job this is positive management
