Handel's Homemade Ice Cream Columbiana

Stopped to get large cone of Chocolate Pecan, hardly any nuts in this large size at all. Ice cream does not taste the same as other Handles. Girls are slow also. Go to the Poland location the ice cream taste so much butter, more nuts also.

Flavors are very limited compared to other handel's. I asked for ingredient lists and they were unable to provide it only top allergens, our allergens are not the top ones

Great ice cream and service

Ice cream was good. No seating though except for some rocks, you'd think that being a walk up only place you'd at least have a couple benches like the other handels. My pregnant wife didn't want to sit on a rock. Then the owner drives up to the window to get his ice cream, how about instead he parks and walks ten feet like the rest of us peasants and stop being entitled and lazy. There's a million rules posted all over the windows. Now that ive seen the owner and how he acted I'm sure that the only reason they're still in business is because its got the handels brand on the building. Again, the ice cream was good, owner just needs some humble pie and seating, but what do i know, im just a stupid blue collar worker.

Just loaded Butter Pecan

Had the buckeye ice cream. It was so delicious, creamy and smooth. Can't believe this is the first time I've ever had it. It was delicious and I will be returning for more.

Usually I am always satisfied with handels but for some reason the vanilla with Oreo is always hit or miss and when you’re spending $10.35 for a quart of ice cream you should be getting your moneys worth.. it’s my absolute favorite of all of their flavors and I feel like it should be filled with Oreo chunks.. this has been hit or miss for years now and wish they would be more consistent with ingredients.

My wife and I had my banana split. It was delicious.
We had went to a competitor in Calcutta Ohio a couple of weeks ago, we have a banana split the one at handles was 100 times better

Normally have a fantastic experience at Handel’s however this one feels like a knock off. Needs serious attention. All signs are hand drawn and the variety is no where to be found. Yes there are the staple flavors however, if you are looking for anything else, better off going to a real Handel’s. Also was given the bag sideways which in turn led to lid popping off (barely was on to begin with) and ice cream later spilling in my car. Parking lot is also a disaster. Basically have to drive through the ordering line to leave. Kids running everywhere, very unsafe.

We had hot fudge sundaes. It seemed a little grainy to me. I think I'll stick with just a scoop of ice cream or the Handel Pops next time.
