Froyo was AMAZING! However, The strawberries were not fresh & The workers for this evening didn’t give us any warning that they were closing and shut the lights off at 7:58. They then proceeded to tell us they close at 8. It was very rude! My advice would be to give someone a heads up 10 mins before closing rather than shutting it down and then rushing people out.

I used to go the Alliance location a lot before it closed and it was SO much better. Staff here are civil at best, usually unfriendly. While I understand about kids not licking their yogurt pre-topping, there are sloppily handwritten and unprofessional signs everywhere about "don't let your kids do this, don't let them do that." My daughter enjoys going but I always have to over stress the reminder of not touching her yogurt till we pay because I've seen other kids get yelled at by the staff rather than addressing with the parent. Maybe if you'd just go back to letting people do their own toppings like it used to be, it wouldn't be such a big issue. I think we'll see what menchies is like before we continue coming here.

I tried the açaí bowl and it was perfect. I added bananas, pineapples, blueberries, coconut, almonds, and pecans I think that was all, lol. The price was great and it was a huge bowl. I froze the leftovers and made a smoothie the next day. Healthy and tastes wonderful. Did not disappoint.

The flavors are horrible. Menchies is WAY better. You can put your toppings on yourself and sample your self without dealing with rude workers. Way over priced also.

Google says the hours were updated 4 weeks ago showing the hours are open until 9 on Wednesdays, we arrived at 8:09 and the workers saw us walking up and locked the door. We hauled our kids and strollers out of the car just to be locked out of the store with no acknowledgment. 4/17 Very disappointed

Hours posted on door and online say open at 11:00 a.m. They still weren't open at 11:10 a.m. yesterday and the phone just rang.

I love this place, we visit every time we are in town.!

Horrible customer service. There are handwritten signs posted everywhere advising customers to "keep children away" and "don't lick your fingers". To add insult to injury, I was questioned, or more like interrogated, about my service dog by a woman who finally stopped when I enlightened her that it is ILLEGAL to do so. I would advise educating your staff on the American Disabilities Act to avoid issues going forward.

Should be rated minus . My wife and myself went to this orange leaf to get a smoothie the girls was not friendly and very unprofessional . The smoothie was awful thin and not very cold . The one in Alliance Ohio is much better and they are friendly and professional and they know how to make a smoothie

My 6 year old did lick her yogurt when I wasn't looking. The employee looks at her and says no toppings for you!! Daughter cries we get mad. Talk to the parent, don't yell at kids!
