Horrible. That store needs a good manager for structure. I went in, ordered, used restroom quickly. Came out, food sitting on counter waiting.... Well that was fast...well here is why. Manager leaning on counter playing with her phone. French fries were old, and this was 11:00 a.m.. Burgers have been sitting, they were dry, and the FROSTY, on my, was not mixed!!! All the mango was at the bottom. They just need a good manager ....I love Wendys

This is truly one of the worst Wendy's in the area. Unsurprising to find out the same people own the Salem location. You cannot go here and expect your order to be correct. And they are WAY past the "it's a new restaurant, be patient!" phase. It's clear these owners are AWFUL at management. It's clear the managers they hire are also AWFUL at management. I'm genuinely impressed that time after time, they can forget things like the chili on the taco salad, or the sour cream + chives on a....SOUR CREAM AND CHIVES POTATO. I grew up in Salem, and the Wendy's there has been known my entire life for being awful and having terrible service. This one has proved to be another slice of the same pie. I just feel bad the teenagers that have to deal with being yelled at by customers because their bosses are incompetent and have no idea how to run a fast food business....where the blueprint is WELL established.

Service is fine but if you go there don't expect them to have whatever it is you want in stock. First time I went there the fryers were down so no fried foods, and now this time no chocolate frosty or cheese sauce for the baconator fries. A little bit slow however so is everywhere else these days, and my food was kind of cold when I arrived home but in all fairness that could've been my fault. I recommend going to a different wendys if that is an option for you, I'd go as far to say you're better off at salems wendys. Oh and as I typed this review I realized I never got a fork for my baconator fries so now I have to dirty up a clean fork. As for the baconator fries with no cheese sauce that I mentioned I do not recommend them, absolutely awful without the cheese sauce. Definitely recommend salem wendys for sure.

This location is the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Not only that, but make sure you check your items before you go, no matter how irritated you might already be after waiting 10+ minutes. I've never received my entire order - always missing a kid's meal toy or a food item...

Got there at 8pm Ordered a sweet tea, an all natural lemonade, baked potatoes. Didn’t have baked potatoes.. ok sometimes they are out I understand. But manager rang up the tea and lemonade and I payed. Then says we don’t have any and said they were closing soon so they weren’t making anymore. Told me I could get peach tea out of the machine. ??♀️ no thanks not what I ordered. Anyway I got my money back from that got my other stuff I ordered except the all natural lemonade she charged me for. Googled and found out they don’t close till 11… that’s not soon like she said. Her attitude was also crappy. I will never go back to this Wendy’s ever! I did call them to get corporates number and they said they don’t have it.

I have been here on 2 separate occasions and both times you get some punk child that is constantly laughing in the mike about God knows what clearly not paying attention to their job. Making smart remarks about how I order food my kids want to eat and then completely messing up the order or forgetting stuff. This location needs restaffed

Ordered online went to pick up and was told they were out of chives. Okay get home I have a plain baked potato no sour cream I already paid when I ordered and didn’t get the difference back. Get home and there were no fries in the bag which was already paid for. To top it off the same girl at the drive thru window does not like when I ask for a carrier, 1 person in the car 2 drinks, I don’t what spills in my car. Called Wendy’s asked to speak to the manager he said he was. Talk about rude! I told him he didn’t give me sour cream for my potato he said yes because there was no chives. I said I paid for the sour cream and chives and I didn’t get the difference back. He said he can’t do anything about that. I told him the fries I ordered was not in the bag, he said come back up and he will give it to me. I told him I was at home and was not going back up there. He said he can’t do anything then! This store is ridiculous I have never been so mad being treated like a customer who is a piece of dirt! I am courteous I say please and thank you and those employees are nasty. Some one better do something because I will never buy from that store again and hopefully it will close!

Nice new Wendy's. Our only complaint was no one seemed to be on clean up. We had to clean our own seating area. None of the tables had been touched. Then we figured out why. As we were leaving the entire crew was outside sitting on the curb instead of working.
