Paid $20 for my meal. bought a baconator, received a burger with no bacon, bought 2 large fries and didn’t receive either fry. Food is always cold, staff looks unkempt and disgusting. Called to get order resolved and they didn’t answer despite them seemingly never being busy.
Will not be eating at this Wendy’s location again and will be contacting corporate. Franchisee needs to lose their business absolutely unacceptable.

At 1130 When lunch is supposed to started Igo get this JBC $8 combo. Burger bun Stale!! the french fries absolutely cold. I understand now why this place is busy. It's a shame love Wendy's, but not at this location. I will go to McDonald's across the street. From now on, their food is hot. One More thing , I had to ask three times for ketchup.

I came to the drive thru. Ordered a Dave’s Double sandwich with a coupon. Buy one get one $1, the service was excellent, and the burgers were some of the best we’ve had from any Wendy’s! Even with a coupon! I didn’t get a receipt, so can’t really rate them on their site. I tried calling and someone picked up the phone and hung up. Probably afraid of a complaint. I’ve seen them slammed on Facebook. So, I’m here to say we will definitely be back. Good job crew!

For this being a new Wendy's it's by far one of the worst. Last night I was told the no frosty are being sold? I've had continued problems with food there. Last time I went and got a large chocolate frosty it had a French fry in it. I go there on my way home from work. There isn't adults in there. It's always Nothing but kids goofing off. I don't see this location lasting long. It's a shame because I pass 2 other Wendy's on my way home and don't have problems with them. One of them is in a bad area! 👎 thumbs down to the one in columbiana oh!

I decided to try this location again after a few months of not going because of bad service. The food was cold, the service at the drive thru was HORRIBLE. The cheeseburger I ordered was not even wrapped in the paper, just sat in the bag. I've never been to a Wendy's that was this awful. And to think a lot of people were excited for it to open. Needless to say, I won't ever go back and this was only the 4th time I've been there since they opened.

Their service is atrocious. Kids standing around talking and ignoring guests waiting to order. They get my order wrong EVERY time. I specified my order twice to make sure and the kid still messed it up. I told him “to-go” twice but still had it on a tray getting cold waiting on my remake. They pay ZERO attention to the customers or to detail. Corporate needs to go in there and clean house. Oh, and of course they never apologized for getting the order incorrect again. They are rude, careless and incompetent.

What a surprise 😳 when I stopped into the Wendy’s in Columbiana to find out they were all decorated on the inside for Wednesday’s TV show on Netflix. They did a fantastic job on all the decorations and it would be fun to bring in the kids to see as well. Themed food items & even more fun choices these days for frosty ☃️ drinks. Food as always is tasty 😋 & good. Store was extremely clean & is one of the busiest fast food places I’ve seen in a while. This location is loved 🥰 by the local community without question. Kudos to management and staff for their fast service, store decor & getting the job done. ✅ Everyone was busy at work the day I stopped by.

Last night I went through the drive thru, the lady seemed sweet and called me honey. Then when she handed me my food I said “thank you have a good night” she said back with a smile on her face “you’re not welcome have a terrible night”. Bamboozled because that’s a wild thing. Most of the time the employees are rude but this is a first, the wait times are insane also. I used to work at the McDonald’s across the street and none of this would’ve ever been acceptable
