Just went to Ohio for the first time and my boyfriend's family, who is from there, had been going on and on about this place. They weren't kidding - it's great! Now the only problem is that I'm craving it from out of state.

Columbus Grove just happens to be my hometown, and the Dairy Whip was always my top favorite place to be. It has changed over the years, with different owners and interior decor. The name has ALWAYS stayed the same! They make the best flurries, and they are always willing to make any changes or additions your heart desires. The teens do a great job here! The price has gone up drastically, which really pains me. But great food, always super sweet service, and friendly faces! Go Bulldogs!! :)

Ice cream is great, but don't order the food unless you've got excess time to waste. You also may need to call and make sure they haven't forgotten about you if they ask you to pull forward. Yes, they forget about people after they've collected their money.

Took forever to get food like almost 20 minutes. They made the ice cream first so by the time the food was ready the ice cream was melted. They forgot the sauce for the tenders and they were overcooked and couldn't even eat them so hard and dry. To far of a drive to return

Driving through town we found a little ice cream stand stopped in very friendly staff and very good ice cream. Next time we’re through the area we will definitely be back.
The service was awful seemd like they was clueless an had no clue what wS going on took 35 mintues to get food.will not be going back

Good ice cream BUT The younger employee was terrible rude throwing stuff around and slamming freezer doors dropping food on the floor out of freezer and then picked it up and served it to a customer!!! Absolutely unnecessarily unprofessional!!!
