I was checking out and the cashier happened to be a young man named Sebastian. He asked if I found everything I wanted and I told him no and told him what I did want. He offered to get the manager. I said No, I didn't want to bother him, I would just phone him. Next time I went there I thought to ask about the product and found that Sebastian had already told them and they were looking into getting it. What a nice and thoughtful young man. It's a good place to shop as all the employees are pretty great. But KUDOS to Sebastian.

Went into the store specifically for organic salad, ALL the salad and greens had expired four days ago. None of the salad or greens were discounted either. I called later in the day and talked to the person working in produce and asked if the salad was restocked, he didn't know because he was washing the walls. I do go there frequently to buy the fresh baked turkey. Many times there is a line of customers but only one person working at the deli while the person at the meat department, just next to the deli, is standing there doing nothing.

Called ahead for 5 of their deli sandwiches. Tracy was awesome. All packed up and warm with condiment packets as well, right on time. Very pleasant service, great sandwiches that are a super value.

Lucky's is fantastic for multiple reasons. Variety, pricing, atmosphere, layout, and service. I can't get regular jams from Wal-Mart anymore, nor can I get meats from anywhere else.

First time there, not impressed at all. I asked a worker where the cream cheese was, she threw up her arms said idk, and walked away. No selection, produce didn't look that great, pricey! I did like the bags and cashier was friendly. Won't b back
Nice store but not 2nd amendment friendly. If there was an incident, you are not allowed to protect yourself. Personally, I am to young to die, but to old to take a butt kicking.

Usually love coming here for the salad bar (even if it is a little pricy at $10/lb, but everything in this store is overpriced) today I had an earlier lunch and came in and was happy to see the salad bar was open with everything out, I start making my salad and one of the ladies working there got really upset with me, saying it didn’t open for another hour and I should have known better (there isn’t a single sign that says what time the salad bar opens. It’s apparently 11:30 per this woman). She made such a stink at me other customers started making comments. She even slapped at my arm a couple times in a joking manner while I was waiting to finish making my salad. Will not be back

Terrible. I won’t go back. They never remember the wine discount. Checking out is painfully slow every time. Prices are outrageous. I keep going back hoping it will get better. I’m done.
