BE AWARE THAT THIS LOCATION DOES NOT TAKE COUPONS!!!!! They also don't put much meat on the sandwiches. I had to pay for extra meat. Not a good value for the price. We paid $20 for two 6-inch sandwiches and one soft drink.
However, the restaurant is clean and attractive. The service was excellent. The food was good, just not a good value.

Restaurant is nice and clean, and looks brand new, although was told it’s been there for 10 years. Food was fresh as can be; service was great, too. In an age where most fast food places are filthy, this Subway is top notch. Hats off to managers and staff.

Concord location beats out either of the two in Chardon... VERY clean, nice employees!! Walmart subeay in Chardon should have the health dept pay them a visit for sure!! Filthy!!

The store is very clean and the staff are friendly. My big complaint is how stingy they are with toppings. I always order a veggie sub and it feels like they count every vegetable. The cost of the sandwich is comparable with one with meat. I always go to the Chardon Subway because they are generous with toppings. I go to the Crile Rd location only when I'm in a hurry and don't want to go the extra 4 miles into Chardon.

I have been ordering a BMT (sub ham for turkey) for 15 years and you are the first franchise in that time to charge me for extra meat.
The sandwich is already $10.50 and you want it to be $14.50 that's completely ridiculous.
I like the subway, this place is great closer to my house, husband and I like the subway is quick to get lunch and the place is easy to order to go, other than that it is all good,
